Josh is like many suburban kids who grew up like him...very aware and in tune with hip hop slang and culture...it even got Josh in hot water on draft day! Overall, it's a great thing for cultured guys like Josh and I who can relate and clearly communicate with various cultures and not be awkward or lame doing it.

This came across to me as snobby and racist at the same.

    Honestly.

Geez and consider the vitriol when anything negative is posted about McD here???

This is a Bills board.  While fun to read a little about NE fans upset after the Sunday loss and complaining about refs, bad breaks, Mac, BB and the defense, back to Bills talk.

McD hasn't coached his team to 6 Superbowl wins.    That kind of success rate earns you deep respect from your fanbase.

I bet those fans were tougher on the hoodie prior to his first Superbowl win and probably were still tough after one or two of them.     By the time the Patriots had won number 3 or 4 you would start to look like a dickwad being too hard on the coach.

    wait… EACH?

A couple days ago there were singles in 111 and 112 available for like $225 plus fees.

    I effed up.

Logged into my account and thought they were charging $550 per seat for the first playoff game when my seats normally cost $110-120 per seat.

After further investigation, that $550 per seat is for 3 playoff games if the Bills were to host 3.

The Wildcard game would be around regular price.  Divisional round is $195 each.   Championship game would be $235 each.

I was thinking there is no way in hell I am paying $550 per seat to attend that first wildcard game.

  4. Price has gone up.

My tickets are $550 each for the playoff game.

During the regular season my ticket price is $120 each.

WTF  That's a lot of bread for one game.

***EDIT - My mistake.  The wildcard would be normal price.   The $550 each is the cost for 3 games if the Bills were to host 3.

  5. If he is vaccinated, why would he not just tell the media he is?

Is there shame in getting vaccinated?

Seems like it would be super easy to avoid any controversy by just saying "Yes I got vaccinated."

That ends the story.   No more ambiguity.

Because he hasn't done that, I am thinking he is probably NOT vaccinated.

But then again, maybe he is afraid the next question out of some idiot reporter's mouth is going to be "Well, do you think it is fair that you have other players on your team who choose not to get vaccinated even though it could help the team prevent a Covid spread?"

By refusing to answer, he avoids the second idiotic question.

    So who knows?

It started in the 2nd half of the Tampa Bay game and kept building to yesterday...

Whatever it was this team lost when they wandered around after the Titans game for 6 or 7 games during the middle of the season, they found it.

And I think what it was, was Josh Allen simply saying "F This, we are too damn good to be getting these results", and just taking over the game...

Bills starting to peak and getting their Mojo back heading into the playoffs is definitely a good thing and Allen realizing he is the baddest Mofo on the field in any game again is what this team needs to get to where they want to go.

I think they are now allowing Allen to play more instinctual football and do what he is best at.

Before it seems like they were trying to prevent Allen from running too often and wanted him to be a pure pocket passer even though the offensive line could not provide a clean pocket for him consistently.    Heck, during the first Patriots game, during the first half it seemed like the Bills willingly negated the best player on the field (Josh Allen) by having him hand the ball off continuously.   They did the Patriots of favor in that game.

If the Bills are going to beat playoff caliber teams, they are going to do so by allowing Allen to improvise - keep drives alive with his legs and beat defenses deep on unexpected broken play opportunities.   That is when he shines.   He goes into his own version of god-mode like he did in the second Patriots game.   Good luck beating Allen in god-mode.

I also like the Pats to possibly beat the Titans in that scenario. I don’t want to deal with Henry again.

In that situation it’s Cincy v. Indy. I’d rather play the Bengals.

Bengals vs Bills would be an exciting game.  Probably very high scoring also.   They would match that Higgins monster up against Dane Jackson.   Higgins would feast.

Then this week, leading up to the rematch very few people gave the Bills a chance.

There were a number of us here who expected the Bills to win that game.

I expected the Bills to win by a larger margin than they did.   But I did expect that sort of dominance.

No surprise for me.    And I expect them to win the next two also as long as we don't lose too many of the wrong players to freaking COVID.

They are still the same team I thought they were (well except for that worse than expected O-line).   I still say, unleash Josh Allen and watch him dominate every defense he faces.

Im rooting for Miami to get to that Pats game with something to play for.

I also have nothing to do tonight and don’t want this to be a blowout.

I think the Bills can beat either the Patriots or the Dolphins.   But, if I have a choice of which one I would rather see in the playoffs, its the Dolphins.

Plus that would mean the Bills won the AFC East and the Patriots missed the playoffs again.   The Patriots missing the playoffs would bring me the most joy.

Then I have more ammo for reminding Patriot fans that they suck as much as their team does.

I am sorta pulling for Miami to at least have something to play for against NE by winning here.

Worst case scenario is Miami makes the playoffs. We host them in OP. Miami picks in the 20’s, sticks with Tua, and are stuck in purgatory.

Yeah.  Don't we want Miami to win this?

bet on the Browns to make the playoffs.

    1) They have to beat the Steelers and bengals (they smoked the bengals earlier this year).

    2) The Bengals lose to the chiefs. Likely.

    3) The Ravens lose to the Rams. Likely.

For everything that has gone wrong for that team this year, this is pretty remarkable.

I don't think the Bengals are getting beat by Cleveland again, but maybe.

yes, Dave, hence my use of the words 'I'm just speculating'

So you're not claiming to have a crystal ball.  You're not claiming to be Dunkirk Don.   You're not claiming to have inside knowledge of any kind.  You're just throwing random darts.

Well then I'm sticking with my story about his Dog eating his Cat.   Seems just as likely as what you are guessing.    And at least I gave a reason for him being mentally distraught.

Why don't you enlighten us if you have some kind of insider knowledge or any evidence at all?

What reason do you have for anyone on this board to put any faith in what you are guessing?   Cuz you're just another random dude on a public football forum?

Because without context or evidence your guess carry's no more seriousness or weight than me saying I think he is emotionally distraught because his dog ate his cat and Star favored the cat.

Now all he can smell is the half eaten bag of of dry leftover cat food and it makes him too sad to play football.    I guess that would also be a mental issue?

Why does there always seem to be a couple posters that think they are being witty and edgy by trolling an otherwise enjoyable and knowledgeable fan forum.  Nobody finds you funny.  Nobody is impressed with your wit or contrarian views.  Nobody wants you here.  There is nothing to be proud of in annoying people on a forum.  Go away.

I love to drink in their tears of misery.   How unhappy they must truly be to join the opponent's forum and try to somehow decrease the level of happiness Bills fans feel after watching Josh Allen billy club their hopeless team.   I thrive on their unhappiness and it makes me beam with glee.   No punts! 😂😂

  15. No punts!   🤣😂🤣

The superior Buffalo Bills just took the inferior Patriots team out behind the woodshed and whipped them.  😂

And they did it in Foxborough! 🤣

Most pleasing and satisfying win of the season so far.

Patriot fans can suck it.    Love to drink your tears of misery.

I'm going to be on cloud 9 all week because of this beat down.   Woooooohoooo!

    Am I reading something wrong?

    https://esd.ny.gov/sites/default/files/news-articles/ESD-Bills-Stadium-Analysis-Summary-FINAL-11-1-21.pdf

Because on page 9 of this report it states that the cost of building an open air stadium in OP is $1.463 billion but a domed stadium is only $1.652 billion.

Where are people getting the amount where it says it will cost and extra $500 million.   According to this study the price is $189 million extra for a domed stadium which amounts to an additional 13% over the cost of a non-domed stadium.

Which brings up the question - You can pay a quarterback $250 million for 6 years of service but you aren't willing to pay $189 million for multiple decades of stadium enhancements?

To put it another way, if Beane had secured a Ty Nsekhe-caliber swing tackle and found a starting (not replacement) caliber guard, the Bills could have gone undefeated. They're that good in all other positions--yes, including running back.

So you're a fan....  Good for you.  He hasn't had a particularly good year.  Maybe injuries, but the #'s don't lie.  Take receiver pairings, and remember we have a top 5 qb (forget Pro Bowl voting😜) and frankly the #'s are underwhelming.

More balls to Diggs, Davis & maybe even Mackenzie this week I hope.

I'm not a fan of the guy.   I am a fan of the production.

He has a the best hands of any of the Bills starting receivers.   In a situation where you need a first down late in the game, he is the most clutch receiver on the team.    He has the highest catch percentage of any of the Bills starting receivers.  He has more yards after the catch than Diggs, with fewer catches.   Wait?  What?  That can't be true?  I thought he just dives to the ground when he catches the ball?  Go look it up.

And if you compare him to other team's slot receivers or just other teams' second or third receivers you would see he is near the top.   You are just too lazy to do it because you know you would be proven wrong.   You let your hate for the guy blind you to the truth about his exceptional ability to play his position.

    Dude is an outstanding receiver.
