The thing is in my opinion adding Brandon Spikes last off season brought a much needed edge to the defense. They just appeared to hit harder and play tougher. I get the penalties happened but some of that isn't a bad thing. If Incognito can bring that edge to the oline that is great. I don;t know what happened in Maimi but somethings things just get out of hand. Will see.

We are getting Jake locker imo which is as good as they can do. He has improved when healthy. Anyway you slice it qb will not be a position of strength

Adding Revis is a no brainer . He makes a huge impact. Having a good defense didn't win the Raider game. Having a great defense well that is another story

The Receiver didn't help matters all arms no body . Lynch had 5 runs from the one this year for minus one yard. That said if I gave three chances from the one I give to lynch three times no question

The way the league is you can't look to far down the road. They have three key players they need to sign , Darius , Gilmore and Glenn
That said tag is available so they really need to get two done by the end of next season. Darius to me is the Easiest , Suh gets paid this year and there is your max for Darius I would have loved to have signed Darius first because in the open market Suh could get a crazy high offer

If you can get Revis you do it. Mckelvin can be cut or maybe traded for a 5th and that saves 4 million right there. If you cut Mckelvin, rivers and Urbik you can pay for most of revis's salary. I more I think about hughes the less I am inclined to pay him 10 million per year. Looking over the current free agent list you might be able to get close production from , the graham, morgan, or the kid from Cleveland for half the price. Either way You give Rex one great and one very good corner with the current front seven ,you are not going to need to score very much to win a lot of games.
They can sign Revis and still bring in a solid guard and a good Pass rusher.

This is an awful class . Whaley and his team understood this last year, remember a ton of underclassman came out. In the end he valued last year 2 against this years one
