  1. Bill, does the present "no huddle" look effective to you? So far it looks pretty lame to me. No doubt the huddle leads to better play responsibilty understanding by the players, especialy the younger players.

The O-line is not talented enough to run a "K-gun" type no huddle. Taking 25 sec. to run a no huddle play seems ineffective to me. I have finally come to the conclusion that Dick J. should be gone, Mr Wilson will not change Head coaches in mid season, so I believe this season will be another Poor 7-9 year.

With all due respect, it would be better to ask about running a no huddle with a small, relatively weak defense.

It isn't that bad to go 3 and out when your defense is stout and might actually get you the football right back. It makes little sense to run a no huddle and then line up the defense 50-75 yards away from scrimage. The other team will simply grind it out againt the "bend but don't break" idiocy that Jauron holds so dear.

  2. You can't just turn the no huddle offense on or off. You need an O'line that has stamina and are very smart. Our young lineman are reported to be intelligent and the rest is yet to be demostrated. The receivers and backfield need to understand the next play on the run.

All that being said the 'NO HUDDLE" is a super way to confuse, tire out and demoralize a defense. I hope the BILLS are sucessful with it

    GOO BILLS!!!

  3. No Dian - why should I? I do not pay for Lifetime Network so why should I exchange a cost of zero for anything? You think I have a Florida education? Now if you could take cost of Fox News channel and I might make a deal.

Hey Glenn got a Florida education and It sounds like a great deal.

You can't slip one by "Ol bill in Livonia"

  4. No idea about the Java updates, but I am guessing that "adobe reader" means the PDF software. If so that isn't the same as Java. But again, if it is the adobe reader, you could dump it for Foxit PDF reader, which is free and from what I remember, a much smaller file size than Adobe.

    Thanks, I'll look for Foxit.

  5. I am trying to free up some hard drive space. My computer knowledge is limited. My program list has Java updates 2 thru 7 which together use a lot of space. My question is this. Do I need to keep the earlier versions?

I also have adobe reader, does it perform similar tasks as Java?

I would appreciate someone setting me straight or steering me to a site where I might find some help.

    Bill
