  2. Would it be a war crime to use chemical weapons against the tunnel network?
  3. I mean is all as Jordan has to do is admit Trump lost in 2020. Why can't he do that?
  4. Boehner, Gingrich and Ryan say the conference should empower McHenry Return to menu By Mariana Alfaro Former House speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) attends a portrait unveiling for former speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.) in Statuary Hall at the U.S. Capitol on May 17. (Jabin Botsford/The Washington Post) Three men who were previously challenged by a divided Republican conference are calling for members of the House GOP to expand the powers of Rep. Patrick T. McHenry (R-N.C.), who is serving as a temporary speaker while Republicans figure out their next steps. In an column published Tuesday night on his personal website, former speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) said House Republicans should unify behind McHenry.
  5. I doubt the truth will come out. The crime scene has probably already been tampered with. Old Israeli missile parts tossed all around and such
  6. Kind of doesn't matter, Israel is going to be blamed for everything. Someone needs to figure a way out of all this. And there needs to be a peace process started to get this thing on right track. Maybe in 50 years Gaza City will be playing against Tel Aviv in soccer and it will be a big rivalry. "Imagine all the people living life in peace..."
  7. It gets people talking, which is better than fighting. Agreed, it doesn't do much, but, that's kind of the point. I mean, if it had power, you'd really hate it, right? As long as we don't bring another 9-11 blow back on us.
  8. It's more complicated than that. The real lesson from this hospital bombing is that Israel is not going to wipe out tens of thousands of civilians. Look at all this damage control for an attack they very might not even be responsible for. This needs to winf down somehow. But that also leaves Hamas in place, which is totally f'd up
  9. When has a pal rocket ever killed this many people?
  10. Ukraine wasn’t taking Russian territory at all. That’s the difference You’d think, at least, Israel would deny it, they didn’t …. Yet
  11. GOP Rep. Ken Buck of Colorado, who helped to kill Rep. Jim Jordan's first bid for speaker Tuesday by casting his vote for Rep. Tom Emmer, called the House speaker position the "worst job in America." "I don't like Tom Emmer, I figured this would be the worst job in America, Mike Rowe wouldn't want to do this for his TV show. This is a terrible job," Buck told CNN's Dana Bash, referring to the host of the show "Dirty Jobs." Buck, who also voted to oust former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy earlier this month, said he was not surprised 20 Republicans did not vote for Jordan. He added that "if we get a second vote, Jim is going to lose some votes that he got on the first vote and he's going to gain some votes. But I anticipate that the vote will still be in that 15 to 25 range." Buck himself said there is "no way" he will cast his vote for Jordan. He said the House may need to find a bipartisan resolution like voting to extend temporary House Speaker Patrick McHenry's ability to bring legislation onto the floor.
  12. Yes, agreed. But Israeli leaders who pushed the settlement issue also knew what Palestians would do. Think about that. Many of them--the Orthodox--know they don't have to do the fighting, the, what Trump referred to as the Suckers and Losers will
  13. Former Democratic leader Steny Hoyer (Md.) said Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) made moderates take a very bad vote in his losing bid for speaker. “They are going to rue that vote,” Hoyer said. The Democrats’ campaign apparatus plans to tie swing-district Republicans to Jordan, a hard-right election denier.
  14. Rep. Carlos A. Gimenez (R-Fla.), who voted for Rep. Kevin McCarthy over Rep. Jim Jordan, told reporters that he expected at least seven Republicans to vote against Jordan but that he didn’t know what the upper boundary was. He blamed Jordan’s hardball tactics while lobbying holdouts for costing him votes. “His tactics certainly didn’t work on me,” Gimenez said. “Actually, I became more cemented in my position.” “He should have probably left me to my own devices to get there,” he added. “Now by being threatened, by being pushed — I’m Hispanic. I’m a Cuban. You just don’t do that to us.”
  15. Yes, they are evil Yes or no, Israel is building settlements on land that is suppose to part of the peace process for Palestine? Why to burn away that sympathy Israel had going for it Can't believe the IDF didn't blame Hamas https://www.cnn.com/middleeast/live-news/israel-news-hamas-war-10-17-23/index.html Palestinian health ministry says 200 to 300 people may have been killed in Israeli strike on hospital in Gaza From Abeer Salman and Tamar Michaelis Preliminary estimates indicate between 200 to 300 people were killed in an Israeli strike on a hospital in the center of Gaza City, the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza said in a statement Tuesday, noting many people still remained beneath the rubble. The Palestinian government in Gaza said in an earlier statement that the strike on the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital had resulted in dozens of deaths. “A new war crime committed by the occupation in the bombing of Al-Ahli Arabi Hospital in the center of Gaza City, resulting in the arrival of dozens of martyrs and injured at Al-Shifa Medical Complex due to the bombing. It should be noted that the hospital housed hundreds of patients, wounded, and displaced people from their homes forcibly due to the airstrikes,” the government statement said. Hamas released a statement on the strike, calling it a "genocide." “The Al-Ahli Hospital Massacre in the heart of Gaza Strip is a genocide. Enough silence on the aggression and recklessness of the occupation,” Hamas said in a statement. Israel Defense Forces spokesperson Daniel Hagari said the IDF is looking into the reported strike, saying since it was fairly recent, the IDF is still unclear whether the hospital was hit by an Israeli Air Force (IAF) strike or failed Hamas launch.
  16. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, with the full backing of the Democratic party, won 212 votes, more than the 200 cast for GOP Rep. Jim Jordan — but that doesn't mean Jeffries wins the gavel.
  17. Whatever genocide boy, carry on
