Someone's going to trade us their first round pick in the next draft for our second round pick this year? Has anybody been so desperate to do that before?
-
If we're just going to trade for a big mobile QB with baggage then we might as well draft Newton.
-
That's right! They can't afford to sit and groom the next great Bills QB! After all, they're just one or two players away from greatness.
-
I read that same article. It had numerous teams on the list of possible "fits" for teams who have a possible need at QB. Here's the link http://espn.go.com/blog/afcsouth/post/_/id/20146/considering-vince-young-landing-spots
No where does it say that it is he is more likely to end up in B-Lo than say Cincy, and the other 10 or so teams on the list.
I guess by "Bills top list" he meant alphabetically.

Hearing about this interest from the Bills makes it seem more likely that the Bills would be interested in a guy like Newton...unless their interest in Tebow was heavily weighted on his character and leadership rather than his physical gifts/skills. I think that pretty much anything Tebow can do, Newton can do better....on the field anyway.

Two friends walk up to a stranger at the top of a skyscraper's observation deck.
One of the friends asks the stranger, "Did know that the winds are so strong up here, that you can jump off and you will be blown safely back onto the ledge?"
Stranger says, "No way, I call BS!"
First guy says, "Watch me...I'll prove it!"
First guy steps onto the ledge, jumps, does a flip in mid-air and lands back onto the ledge.
Stranger can't believe what he just saw and says, "Holy cow that is amazing! Do it again!"
First guy steps onto the ledge a second time, jumps, does two flips and lands back onto the ledge.
Stranger exclaims, "Incredible....once more!"
First guy steps onto the ledge a third time, jumps, does three flips and lands back onto the ledge.
The stranger is now eager to give it a try. He steps onto the ledge, jumps ...and immediately falls hundreds of feet to his death.
The third guy says to his friend, "Geez Superman you can be a real a-hole sometimes!"

His wife was still alive at the time.
He's talking about Gruden.
-
Seems weird that he's already decided that and mentioned it publicly on the second day of his job.
-
I don't think the coaching staff sees offensive production out of the TE position a high priority.
-
Patrick Peterson (not that I'm advocating him for Buffalo)
-
11. Don't be too confident in thinking that any of these re-tread O-linemen that they picked up off the trash heap are going to be any kind of long term solution.
-
Also being reported that Miami offered Gruden $7 mill per season... which he turned down. They're going after some pretty big "fish."
-
I'll let you know once we've got a list of guys who could replace them. Until then this seems pointless.
-
why does everyone think that when you admit what you were wrong about on here... you can make more bold remarks and you can now think you are right ... again?
What's the problem? If you removed all the bold remarks that people thought were right then there wouldn't be much left.
-
would you trade a 5th for claussen?
no
-
Naw...chances that a 2010 HC takes a DC spot with this team are slim.
-
Sounds like a setup for another Geico joke

Start Brohm. - I can get behind this one but this one game isn't going to answer your questions. Keep in mind that if we're trying out people on the o-line for this game then it has an effect on Brohm here as well.
Spiller - Same with Brohm....if we're experimenting with the line then it may not be an accurate reflection of his ability. However I will say that Spiller has not lived up to his draft position.
D. Nelson – Prob too injured to play.
S. Nelson – Done for the season. Not eligible.
Wang – Interested as to why he isn't getting more reps and eager to see him.
Howard – Sure....put him and Rinehart in there at LG and RG.
Maybin – He'd have to pull off a miracle game.
McCargo – One foot out the door already.
Carrington – Yup...needs reps.
Troup – Yup...needs reps.
Moats – Will prob play a lot anyway.
Corner/Youboty – Sure...although you risk pissing off Florence who I'd like to have back.
GW – Okay with this, but I don't think he's the ideal long term answer. I want the Bills to explore other avenues this off-season.

Do they split the other sister in the divorce?

Thanks, Tough Guy. Fortunately for me, my brother is a qualified nutritionist, so I'll be using him as a resource.
As for the iro...based on the amount of lentils I'll be eating on a daily basis, I'll be getting somewhere between 150-160 percent of my recommended daily value of iron per day. Obviously this isn't ideal, but do you think it's enough to cause a serious iron overload?
I'm pretty sure extra iron is one of those things that you just piss away.

Thought I'd piggyback on this and mention that BB has also done away with most (if not all) of their re-stocking fees as of today.

What kind of degree are you getting over there? I hope it has nothing to do with earning a living?
I'd guess Masochism.

So a friend of mine who lives in my same apartment complex and I have been firing up her Foreman grill as of late. It has reminded me how much I miss my original Foreman from back in the day. I decided to place an order for the newest grill, which has received some very strong reviews and is on sale at Amazon. I'm super excited to further get away from fast food and other crap that I eat too much of, and eating healthier with the help of the Foreman.
Was hoping other Foreman grill owners could chime in and let me know what some of your favorite foods to make are. One of the areas I need the most help with is seasoning, so if you have any good tips on ways to season meat, please let me know.
Don't you live in the south? Get outside to do your grilling fer chrissakes!

how good is any QB in his first game?
Apparently good enough to misfire on an attempt to call out his haters.
Cam Newton is the next Akili Smith

So far, the takeaway from this thread is that Cam Newton is black.
