  1. I really think with the exception of Lawrence Smith, the other guys are not capable of learning anything from McNally. It's like they have a mental block from having their head so far up their own ass, that even McNally cannot teach them to block.

Give McNally 2 years to bring his own guys. I'm sure he will not keep Teague, Jennings, Williams, or Pucillo around very long.

Edit: I also feel the same way about Wyche with Bledsoe.

  2. Y'all said that when the season started, we would get away from all the brainless OT posts and talk about football.

Well IMHO, since our record is so disappointing, all I'm reading is negative, over-reaction and fighting amongst our wallers.

This is supposed to be better than FAT, SUW, waitresses,  sleeping girls on couch, mating Pandas, blind dates etc??

If that's true, why aren't we laughing?

Let's at least have some fun.

Fun and Laughing?? WHO WANTS THAT???

  3. Agreed! We still only traded a #2 pick for our 1st next year IMO. If JP can atleast make us competitive again, where teams would look on their schedule and see the Bills and say "Watch out for them", then I still think it's a fair trade.

People don't realize, we would have had no choice but to use our 1st rounder next year on a QB anyways, and JP is clearly better than any QB thats going to be in this weak QB class next year.

  4. What current Bills players would you want to keep around that you believe can contribute to a winning team?

    My choices are...

Terrance McGee (As a 3rd DB and obviously ST)

JP Losman (Because he's young with a ton of potential and we have alot invested in him)

Travis Henry (The Thunder of the backfield, but would be a #2)

Lee Evans (As a 2nd WR)

Chris Kelsay (Would be solid reliable depth)

    Takeo Spikes (Franchise player)

    London Fletcher (Starting MLB)

Nate Clements (As #3 Corner at best)

Brian Moorman (Best punter in the league)

That's it, 9 out of 53 players on the team I would want to keep around because I think they can bring some kind of positive production to a championship team.

I could make a case for Eric Moulds, but only if he takes a huge paycut and settle for being the #2 WR. He's not a franchise type player

  5. I HATE to say it, but the NFL is right. I totally respect what Jake Plummer is doing. When I graduated from High School, I attended the funeral of a close friend who died of cancer that morning. I had his initials taped on my cap, and I was told by the principal that I had to remove it as nobody was allowed to have anything on their gowns. I looked at him with tears in my eyes and said "That really f-ing sucks"...instead of scolding me he said, "you know Matt, I agree, but its a rule and we have to follow it. If we break it for you, we have to break it for everybody"

I understand Plummer is upset and wants to tribute his friend, but rules are rules and if they break them for him, you're going to see all the other players break the rules with tributes and other things putting themselves above the game.

Personally, I think every player in the NFL should wear a 40 for the entire season. Tillman deserves that.

Rules are Rules, True! But what ever happened to common sense in America? The NFL does not have the common sense to understand that "40" is not a gang symbol, or a budweiser ad. It's a tribute to a fallen friend.
