Where can we get their birth certificates, medical records, tax returns? We have a right to know. Also, what side of the bed do they sleep on?

Per the NFL rules in Section 7 - Backward Pass and Fumble

Article 1 Backward Pass. A runner may throw a backward pass at any time (3-22-4). Players of either team may advance after catching a backward pass, or recovering a backward pass after it touches the ground.
Article 3 Fumble. A fumble is any act, other than a pass or kick, which results in a loss of player possession.
My interpretation is that since a lateral is a backward pass, when it hits the ground it isn't a fumble since a fumble is any act other than a pass or kick.

Fans who don't live in Buffalo aren't going to subscribe to its local newspaper, so if they are going to pay wall links, they should be removed.

The UCF @ Cincinnati game last night was called after the 3rd quarter because of lightning and heavy rain. It was really coming down. Hope it's not like that today.

Only the top 51 players count against the cap from the beginning of the league year to day before the regular season.
I wouldn't really call it a lie. They do need room to sign everyone. Maybe like a gymnasium. And multiple pens, too, because if they have to share it could take a long time.

It's not 2^17 or 131,072.
It's 1/2^17 or .00000762939.
Not only do you have a massive low self esteem problem, you're a f-ing idiot.
When flipping a coin 17 times in a row, there are 2^17 = 131,072 possible outcomes of head/tail sequences. The chances of getting a particular outcome (all heads) is then 1/131,072.
The problem with your math is that 0.00000762939 (7.62939e-6) expressed as a fraction is not 19/25,000,000. It's 1/131,072.
