  1. I feel bad for the people sitting near you if he gets restless or cries. Plus people in those lower seats stand for most of the game, so there won't be much room. I went to the Cincy game and a little kid behind us kept kicking our seats when we got to sit.

He doesn't get like that too often at all. Very curious and looking around a lot more then anything. "If" he gets like that even the least amount, trust me, we would get up and take him to the Concourse to chill. We're not in the business of ruining anything for other paid fans. We've just been very lucky with his behavior to this point I guess. Hope the trend continues.

Pass her around the stadium, it'd be like the wave or something.

I don't think he would make it back in one piece. :)

  2. Find other arrangements for your child! Its no place for kids under 12!

Too late, he's going. Every other professional sports game has been great, can't see a Bills or Sabres game being bad or different. GO BILLS! :)

How much you want to bet he turns into a Redskins fan? :D

My now 2 1/2 year old daughter has learned from my wife to tell me, "no more football."

NEVER A SKINS FAN! LOL All 3 of us (including the little one) proudly wore our Bills jerseys at the Skins exhibition game this summer. Just wish we had something to cheer about that day.

  3. I don't know whether he will be free, but usually most places have an under-2 policy of not charging. Hope he has fun! He is a lucky baby!

Thanks YololnTheBlo. For his 1st Bay we had the cake professionally made in the shape of a football field with the Bills logo in the center of the field and endzones saying "BILLS" too. Excited that they are headed back in the right direction. If he could only experience the winning ways of the Super Bowl years (as long as we get some Super Bowl wins too). Just want to see at least "1" Bills Super Bowl win in my lifetime..............PLEASE!!!!

  4. Call the Bills and ask, 716-648-1800

Thanks Jack, I did that and they said I can have him on the lap but we have to check in with customer service for height requirements first or something like that.

You want to bring your 1 year old to the Ralph and meet Schopp and the Bulldog? Excuse me if I question your judgment. :P

For a Bills game FIRST but would love to meet any of the guys covering the Bills as well if the opportunity presented itself. Just really like their coverage of the Bills.

  5. Your 1-year old must be easy. We took my daughter to a MLB game when she was about 14 months; she wouldn't sit on a lap for maybe more than 8 or 9 seconds.

Well, he's been easy so far going to 2 Caps games, a Wizards game, Orioles, Nationals and Bills/Redskins game all before the age of 1. BUT, that was all before he started walking which he is presently doing. I think we may be in trouble now too with keeping him on our lap but we shall see. LOL

If you have family in the area leave your kid with them during the game. Seriously.

Can't do that, have to break him in early for the Sabres and Bills. :) Besides, every sporting event we've taken him too has been great, no problems whatsoever, and our Teams have won each game so he's been a source of good luck. Now if we were going to an Away Game wearing a Bills or Sabres jersey, we probably wouldn't take him. Feel comfortable with the Home Team Fans! We did by him ear phones though for the Sabres game "just in case" they score some goals! LOL
  6. Flying with my wife and 1 year old son into Buffalo from Fairfax Virginia to catch a Sabres game on Nov 2, checking out Niagra Falls (American side) early morning of Nov 3rd, Bills game 1:00pm, leaving Buffalo early Monday morning. Will my son be free if he sits on our lap for both Sabres and Bills? First Home Bills game for my wife and son! First Home Sabres game for ALL 3 OF US! We're pumped! Prediction Bills 24 Chiefs 20 Sabres prediction - No comment. LOL We love WGR and just wish we could somehow meet Schopp and The Bulldog, Sal, John Murphy, or Chris Brown. They all do such a GREAT JOB covering our Beloved Buffalo Bills and love listening to them! Any help would be greatly appreciated. P.S. Already got our Bills tickets 7th row from field but still searching Stub Hub for best seats in Lower Section and Best Price for Sabres-Anaheim game.

  7. Yes, we definitely plan on having to cough up some cash but we're gonna try and get "2" 1st row seats at least somewhere on the lower level for $150 or less per seat. Right now we have some good options on Stubhub for $120-$130 range although its not quite behind Bills bench. Those seats are priced up super high. I only worry that if we're in endzone or corners 1st row, we might be too low to see game well. Thinking we might need to sit somewhere between the 20's and middle of a Lower Level Section. Only reason we're trying for 1st row is to try and get our 1 year old to meet ANY Bills player "if" we can even get one to come over to us before game time. LOL

I have tickets right behind the bench, unusually Jimbo is right in front of me, last game he and Thurman were there, but no amount of yelling from children will lure them over...

Also, I may add that it's a pain in the arse when people that don't have tickets for that area come down and congest our seats... If you wanna see players up close, cough up the cash or go to camp...

Sounds like you have some of the best seats in the house Cletus! :)

  8. Hey everyone! I'm originally from Upstate NY but have been living in Mclean Virginia for the past 21 years. My wife of almost 3 years and I want to celebrate our upcoming 3 year Wedding Anniversary with a trip to Buffalo NY for a Bills game vs the Chiefs on November 3rd. We're bringing our son who just turned 1 and we all have our Bills jerseys ready to go! We need advice on hotel accommodations and looking to purchase face value seats for front row of any lower level section either behind Bills bench or in endzone. Anyone who can help us out and (or) meet up with us while we're there would be AWESOME and greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, John, Marielle and Kellen! GO BILLS!!!

  9. After watching Bills upset Pats and seeing the fans go nuts at Ralph Wilson Stadium, my wife turns to me and says "I want to be there. When is their next home game?". I told her Eagles on 10-09-10, one day before our Anniversary.

She wants to go for our Anniversary? Can u believe it?

Every mans dream to have his wife become a die hard Bills fan.

Looking to buy great seats at face value (if possible) and also ideas on hotels in the area for the night before the game. Anyone that can help us we would be extremely grateful and can meet up with u before the game to Tailgate together. Thanks in advance everyone and GO BILLS!!!!!

  10. Hey, thanks alot guys! I'm a huge Bills fan and my wife of 10 Months is slowly jumping on the Bills bandwagon so we're both really excited for tonight, especially considering its my first ever Bills live practice in my life. Can't wait to get our new jerseys too!!! Thanks again guys!

    Start here:

Ther eis information on parking etc..

Pittsford is easy to get around. With your wife, i recommend a nice meal and/or walk along the canal in the village of Pittsford.

  11. My wife and I are driving from Virginia to Rochester for tonights practice. We stopped off at SUNY Cortland (Class of 93) last night and are heading up to Rochester today. We already have our 2 tickets for tonights practice but not sure what time we should be up there, where we should go for parking, and what activities and concessions they have offered before night practice begins. We are dying for new Bills Jerseys too. Any Die-hard fellow Buffalo Bills fans have some suggestions for us? Any or all help is greatly appreciated!

  12. Can anyone help me find the following items that will be shipped immediately to Mclean Virginia in time for my trip to Canton next week.

    1. Bills Window Flags with the Bills logo on it (need 2)

    2. Bills Helmet Magnet for back of Jeep

    3. Trailer Hitch Logo with Bills emblem on it

    4. Bills Rear Mud Flaps

    5. Buffalo Bills Chrome License Plate Frame

Some places I tried to find these things say they won't ship out until 5-7 days from purchase.

I know its last minute but anyone who has some suggestions or ideas to get these things ASAP would be of great help.

    Thanks,

    Coach85

P.S. Hey, at least I got my seats on the floor in Section 30 for the Induction Ceremony.

At least I got one thing going right.

  13. Far and away the best pass catching TE in this draft?

Far and away the slowest pass catching TE in the draft is more like it.

#1 Blocker but not a guy who will stretch the field from the position.

When was the last time we had a TE that could do that?

I say we pick a TE with our second round pick with a good chance Cook, Ingram, AND Casey will all be there to choose from and at least they can help open up the passing game.

Pettigrew is far and away NOT the best pass catching TE in this draft.
  14. Agreed, he will be a WR at the Pro Level and I think he will be a very good one. I was thinking of this guy before your post as well. You need to all see his highlights on Youtube. The kid is unreal and while yes, we do have other vital needs, I would not be disappointed if we traded down a few spots to gain some extra picks and snag this guy with a mid round pick if he was still available with our first round choice. We failed to find a #2 receiver this past season and it probably cost Edwards some development. I wouldn't mind the TE from Oklahoma with our first round pick either. I know we need an impact DE but our offense is horrible and we need to acquire a top TE and #2 receiver sooner rather then later. I also like Spikes from Florida as a LB for us but only if we drop down in the draft and some of the other guys mentioned above are gone. I get nervous about taking a DE so high in the first round. Jacksonville has done that twice recently and so far it hasn't looked so good. LB's are usually a safer bet but I still prefer to address offense first this offseason.......AND IN A BIG WAY. WE NEED SOME DAMN GAMEBREAKERS!!!

Harvin is going to be a wide receiver in the NFL, not a running back. If we take him at #11, it means we think he could supplant Lee Evans as our #1, not Fred Jackson as our backup RB. Who is a restricted free agent and very likely to be retained.
  15. Heap is not in the same class as a Gonzalez, Gates, Witten, Clark, Cooley and has done nothing the last two years. Gonzalez puts up numbers every year regardless of his teams record or lack of downfield threats on his team. I still say we should have traded for Gonzo and given up a 2nd round pick. We need to get some serious help on our offense and give Edwards more options. Gonzo has two more good years in him and is a proven player.

Heap is injury prone because he's played with guts on a team with NO vertical passing game. He'd be ridiculous on a team like Dallas.
  16. Lauranitis is not going high in the draft, maybe mid to late first round. He makes plays at the college level but he is a little undersized and lacking strength at the NFL level. We need a big, strong, fast LB or DE with our first pick and then a top notch Center or TE with our second round pick. We need some game breakers on both sides of the ball and not sure if we will be able to do anything in Free Agency to address our needs.

Our most pressing needs for off season in no particular order:

    - A new head coach who is a "kick them in the ass" guy and who knows how to call a game.

    - A new offensive coordinator and new system.

    - A big, fast, strong DE who can get to the QB consistently and draw some double coverage to open things up for the rest of the line. No more slow undersized white guys for this position......................PLEASE!!!

    - A difference maker at the LB spot

    - A big, strong, nasty Center who can move the pile and stuff opposing DT's.

    - A game breaking #2 Receiver

    - A TE who can help open up our offense and stretch the field...........AGAIN, PLEASE NO MORE SLOW, UNDERSIZED WHITE PLAYERS.

    the maulaga or laurinitis...
  17. Bills have a weaker strength of schedule then Niners so if they are tied in wins, we move past them and Chargers "should" knock off the Broncos at home which would move us past them as well. If only Ralphie Boy would open up his checkbook and finally pay the big money for a proven winner of a head coach and bring in Cowher and also make him GM. I know its a pipedream but at least get rid of Jauron and his coaching staff. Keep Bobby April but the rest have to go.

Top 10 pick in the draft......................go 49ers and Bolts!
