    Got to start chopping up the steak meat. Then sear it, then put it in with the chili mixture in the pot. I sear the meat in extra virgin olive oil. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

    Oh by the way I serve up my sausage potatoe peppers & onions on a fresh Portugese roll I live in an italian neighborhood loaded with italian deli's & butchers that have freshly made sausage. YUMMY. Will have to make this next week for the bills playoff game.

    In Chili? I only make sausage with potatoes & onions. Or with macaroni & gravy w/home made meatballs.

    My chili is loaded: 5 lean boneless sirloin steaks that I chop up myself. White & red kidney beans Puree tomatoes Jalepeno's tomatoe paste to make it thick Chili mix Ritz crackers to crumble on top of the bowl of chili. Getting hungry!
