  1. He looks good tonight. On the sack he should have gotten rid of it, but he did have Henderson and Richardson on that side as well
  2. If anything the Pritzker Group will probably get the final price up to 1.3-1.6 Billion, where the Trust and the NFL would love it to be. I believe that Pegula will not blink if the price gets to that and still purchase the team.
  3. Kirby thanks as always for the information. Is it the multiple members of the family or a few such as Karen Pritzker and Michael Vlock as mentioned by TG in the Buffalo News?
  4. I doubt that Graham will bet his daughter's life on it though...
  5. http://bills.buffalonews.com/2014/08/08/nhl-owner-nba-founder-among-signed-bills-nondisclosure-agreement-hyatt-hotel-heirs-sniffing-around/ The article is up
  6. Plus Delaware North owns gambling operations which I believe they would have to divest themselves from.
  7. Possibly and the Brewery Owner could be PBR Metropoulos
  8. Tim Graham ‏@ByTimGraham 38s About to post an update with more parties who've signed the Bills nondisclosure agreement: an NHL owner, an NBA founder and a brewery owner. Tim Graham ‏@ByTimGraham 2m And, no, the NHL owner is not named Pegula.
  9. http://bills.buffalo...r-bigger-group/ Gundlach and Kelly want to partner with a bigger group. Met with Bills Trust yesterday to discuss
  10. Sounds like they have not clarified their non relocation intentions well enough for the trust's liking.
  11. http://blogs.canoe.c...e-developments/ Bon Jovi Group still not approved to advance to next round of bidding And this from the article
  12. Timeline of meetings no specific names mentioned
  13. The only reason I could think of a the opposing bid would be the uncertainty of Kelly's Health around the time the bidding groups were being formed. Kelly might have agreed to form a group with Gundlach prior to Pegula expressing any ownership interest. Gundlach and Kelly could be in as a favor to the trust to increase interest. Who knows?
  14. This is pure speculation on my part, but I believe we are overlooking something. I believe Thurman Thomas has aligned himself with The Pegulas. Matt Moulson, who recently signed with Sabres as a FA, was interviewed on July 2nd by WGR and he mentioned grew up a Bills Fan and is looking forward to going to some games. He also mentioned Thomas was his favorite player and he spoke to Terry who was going to talk to Thurman about getting him an autographed ball. Its possible that Pegula and Thurman have become friends through Thurman being a Sabres Fan. But going back to Thurman's tweet from May "I just did something that will ensure the future of the Buffalo Bills in WNY for a long time." I believe there is more to their relationship.
  15. Correct. As a matter of fact RW did not like the fact that the county sold the naming in 1973. He was against it then and I believe that is why he choose not to sell the rights since 1998.
  16. Exactly. Goliasno rebuffed his first two tries to buy the Sabres. Also when he did agree to sell, he dragged out the entire process so Pegula kept upping his offer. IIRC The Buffalo News reported the price of the team went from 170 Million to 189 Million in the last week of closing the deal. Pegula created his company East Resources in 1983 and did not see the financial windfall until he sold it almost thirty years later. He is a patience to see this through to the end
  17. Lauren Brill ‏@LaurenBrill4 12m Pegula's company East Resources along with partner announced today it has closed on 1.75 billion dollar transaction. Wawrow, Kryk and Graham all deserve praise for their reporting on the sale
  18. Did any Buffalo Sports Fan have any idea beyond our wildest imaginations of how this article would effect us? http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/money/industries/energy/2010-05-28-shell-buys-east-resources_N.htm
  19. From the article: Sources close to the sale insist the Pegulas' pursuit has been flawless so far. The other groups are way behind and leaking oil well short of the finish line. Terry and Kim Pegula had the potential to be the perfect package as Bills owners from the start. Sources involved in the sales process and within the NFL claim the Pegulas' approach to bidding on the team has underscored their desirability.
  20. It would not surprise me if Mary Wilson an interview where she states, Ralph never was going to allow the team to move.
