  1. I didn't include anything current on my list. I just started watching "Louie" and I really have enjoyed it...but this is a new phase of sitcom...is it a sitcom? Is it a dramady? Not a criticism, just an observation...the rules of the sitcom are being redefined. This past weeks "Louie" (where he goes to Miami) was pretty much devoid of any humor (except when he is on the stage), but was still, somehow, humorous. Can't explain it...

I agree, some of the episodes arent really funny. But I enjoy the show. The one where he visited Afghanistan and had a duck in his baggage was entertaining but not funny.

  2. Liberals are the absolute best at telling other people how to live their lives and are never at a loss, nor slow to point out how absolutely unfair life is solely because someone else vacuumed up all the money.

Abortion? Access to birth control? Religious freedom? I dont know, seems the right wingers do their fair share of telling people how to live their lives.

  3. Now now, the crux of his point is that the GOP should do a better job not having people carry their banner who are alienating moderates who are turned off by the extremes (both extremes). I think anyone who actually wants the country to adopt the conservative principles they believe in would agree that it's probably worth recognizing there's an issue there, you don't have to admit the party has gone of the rails just to admit that they can do better.

  4. What political adds arent offensive to the other side??? But its okay for Trump and the tea baggers to question his birth place, religion and even his race? Sounds like the republicans have been on an aggressive smear campaign for 3 years now. Dont like when someone fights back? Same people that complain about this would rather had Sarah F@#$ing Palin in the white house. Im supposed to take republicans seriously right now?? They ruined it for themselves.

  5. He got us out of Iraq over the loud and angry protests of the guy he ran against. Thank God!

His policies eased the recession and kept it from getting much worse, again, over the protests of the GOP

He bailed out the auto industry that Mitt Romney said should go bankrupt and that would fail, but when it didn't Mitt changed his story to make it seem like Obama listed to him all along.

He put two liberals on the supreme court

He has passed major health care reform which has and will help millions get, um, well, health care.

    He's cut payroll taxes

He's such a good President!

+1 All this while having nothing but a brick wall to shake hands with across the isle. I feel the GOP has done nothing but try to render his administration ineffective. Rather than solve some issues, they have been fighting him the whole time. I never seen so much disrespect for an American President. (Joe Wilson, the great DICK Cheney, Eric Cantor) How about those beloved Right wingers do their jobs they were elected to do.

  6. Ya know , i got to give the guy his props but COME ON MAN !! Drew Brees is difinitely a great QB , but what is he trying to prove ? They have offered up the farm more than likely & he still not happy with the offer !!

Now he's playing the hold out card - again COME ON MAN !! If they don't come to an agreement & he plays under the franchise tag the poor guy will only make what a measley 9 or 10 million to play one year -- i just don't know how he will be able to survive  !!

I think these guys have lost all touch with reality !! I was just talking to my son in law the other day , he is a Marine , been in Iraq 3 times , Afganistan 2 times & barely makes $40 grand a year & our beloved Pres. is trying to cut them back further yet ... Go Figure !! But here are guys that get their asses shot at & put there life on the line like police officers & fire man & they make peanuts & guys like Brees & the dude from Philly complain B/C they spend money like our gov't & then wonder why they are broke (before the end of the contract) & ask for even more :wallbash: !!

They need to send guys like Brees & others that think they are gods gift to what ever sport & send them over & get their asses shot at , or let them lay brick , or clean out septic tanks for a year & then they might appreciate their contract or the contract offer they get a little more !!

I know we as fans enable these guys , by us loving the sport we allow them to live the way they do & we sure as hell aren't going to change that any time soon !! We will still go to games B/C we love the sport & buy the jersey's & all the other things that go along with it , but it is real disheartening when these guys get ultra greedy & lose almost all touch with reality or the real world & let greed engulf everything they are .

If they would just mind their P's & Q's with these ungodly pay checks they would be able to live out their entire life very comfortable , hell any one of us would love to have one year of their pay (I'll trade them) & --- well --- some of us would make it last , others would blow through it as fast as pouring piss out of a boot (as my old man use to say)

Well there you have it my rant for the next little while , i truly hope though they let him or MAKE him sit out a year & then he might have a new found appreciation for what he has & what he has been offered to play a game , It's just getting nuts !! :wallbash: :wallbash: !!

Thank your son in law for me, his sacrifice away from his family and putting himself in danger is more than any of these athletes will ever require. Its all about money and if the corporate hounds keep feeding the athletes, they will eat it.

In Brees case, I always have a hunch its perpetuated by their goddamn agents.

  7. Survivors:

    S. Johnson

    D. Nelson

    D. Jones

    T.J. Graham

    M. Easley

    D. Hagan

    Casualties:

    Aiken

    Clowney

Martin (Drafting Ron Brooks/Bradham makes him expendable)

    Roosevelt

    Session to PS

Wow that was my thoughts exactly.

Roosevelt is a nice story, kind of feel for him.

Session may have too many unanswered questions for now.

Martin is better on Special teams

Aiken, I always forget about him.

Clowney is the strongest on your casualty list

I cut Clowney, Hagan, Session (PS), Aiken (PS), Roosevelt, and Martin.

Hagan was an animal, he did ask for flags too much but played his heart out. He was fearless, I hope he stays.

  8. I agree that Buffalo isnt the high life, club going, gangster wannabe, location he seems to enjoy. But any Bills player, past or present, that is worth talking about has Buffalo in his heart. Screw Reed.

BTW I dont know why but I wanna kick Desean Jackson's ass. Too much ego compiled in one little man. Was just reading about him. Saw these pictures, tattoos wrapped around his stick arms. At least Stevie has a personality to go along with his image.

  9. Ochocinco the best FA pickup? LMMFAO! His best contribution on the Pats last year was to the players in the form of those Beats headphones.

I refuse to call him Ochocinco. Im not playing into his ego. He is a bum. I hope he eats too much McDonalds and has diarrhea before the game and you see it running down his gay Miami uniform.

  10. I remember listening to WHTK last year. The Bills played the Jets and I forget who said it but Maybin was taunting the Bills sideline after a tackle or sack, they said "Sorry Aaron youre still a bust."

  11. Ripping Detroit-which is verboten by the PC police. You have to act like Detroit was a natural disaster and not the end result of liberal policies. I'm predicting he gets major fallout from this.

 Yea "liberal policies" destroyed Detroit.... maybe Romney can fix it :worthy: .... You probably never been to Detroit.

  12. and i'm sure he'd be more than happy to return all the grocery carts and clean the store in place of those who are uninsured due to poor choices. btw, grocery stores might be a poor example, at least in the case of wegmans. was just back to wny for a family reunion and the store we were in was amazing. i did a little research and they're highly ranked for employee issues as well. now, it seemed more expensive than the local chains around me but if that's the price for quality and fairness to employees, i'm willing to pay it. we could use a few more businesses like wegmans. i wish they'd go national.

    Good point Wegamns does rule

Some do and some don't, but they all have the freedom to try and better themselves. It's great to live somwhere where individuals can choose to get a leg up by getting a second job, taking night classes ar the local community college to improve their employability, or join the military to earn a life of respect, a free education and job training, and a resume boost unattainable elsewhere. If these choices can't lure them away from their miserable lives breaking down boxes behind the Safeway, then they don't care enough about their own wellbeing to better themselves, and in making that choice they have willfully chosen to live with the consequences of their own poor decision making. And I'm sorry, but I just can't bring myself to care more about getting them out of their bad spot than they do.

I cant disagree with most of that but dont agree with some either.
