I'll be honest. He seems to get hurt alot. EJ has Jim Kellys knees when he was 42. He checks down alot. He does have the ability but doesnt utilize it in games unless everything is perfect. (pass protection, separation from DBs) I want a quarterback that extends the play, passes on the run. Who is cool under pressure. Its too soon to call him a bust, but if there is no improvement next year, I'll pick him up at the Ralph and drive his ass out of here myself. I have more confidence in Thad Lewis than EJ. I hope we lose to the Dolphins to help keep NE out of the playoffs.

Im not ashamed at all. Too many wins by the Patriots have been because of favorable calls or non-calls. They had this one coming. Let those band wagon fans feel the burn. I feel Brady threw the ball for a possibility to draw a flag. Why not? Seems to work any other game. Even if there wasnt interference, it would have still been a pick. Also, just like any close loss that we suffer as Bills fans, the game shouldnt come down to one play, or a botched call to determine the out-come.

EJ is an injury prone QB. He's played 6 games counting preseason & has sustained 2 separate knee injuries. He gets hurt 33% of the time.

 

In college EJ was destroyed his RS senior year at Florida. Jameis Winston is proving what a real QB can do as a RS freshman. It makes me so angry we wasted a draft pick on this garbage.

[Why Does Everyone Love Pettine So Much?]

So saying that are better than one of the worst defenses in team history doesn't say much. Sure they are getting sacks and INT's, something they didn't get last year. However they are at the bottom of the league in most other categories.

 

Having Hughes cover deep threat WR's and the best TE in football doesn't help much.

 

Pettine's defense has certainly been more fun to watch, but he has been far from a savior.

That was a blown coverage on Hughes if thats what youre referring to. Some of you boy will never be happy until we shut start shutting out every team. Im happy with Pettine. You should be happy he is here.

I am not critical or hateful of him at all. After Fred he is my favorite player. But it was painful to watch him setting there with blank look on his face. Every thing had to be pried out of him.

Hey he was smiling and seemed lighter than previous interviews. I give him that. The kid isnt a talker. GOOD! He does it on the field. Very simple and focused. I dont understand why people expect everyone to be entertaining.

I agree. It hard to give Brady credit because I;m so biased. He has proved numerous times he can win with a mediocre receiving core. His O line isnt as good as it was in the past. I think Vollmer? is out for the season. Yes Brady is getting older but his team is in a slump.

Bills should win. It would be a statement game. At home, coming off a bad loss and hungry for a win. If we can take care of the ball and shake up Alex Smith, we could get a win. One thing Im trying not to do is underestimate the Chiefs. This team has to start winning these types of games to get confidence.
