You could tell the cowboys were planning to take him. Jerry looked  pissed and then they took the entire 15 minutes to make their pick

Agree I said the same thing watching the NFL network presentation. They took a while to put their pick in and it looked as if their guy got sniped. Looks can be deceiving though

They RB you described sounds like Zach Moss. He's better in the pass game than singletary. Maybe he has a bounce-back year with the new oLine coach.

Singletary has lots of great catch and runs. I can’t remember much from Moss.

Yeah I think it’s time to update his weight definitely not 237 lbs as listed. Try at least 255 lbs! Hope someone asks him how much he is weighing these days. He’s jacked.

On a recent Pat MacAfee podcast he mentioned his coaches want him to be under 240. He made it seem like that number was a bit too low. My guess he's approaching 250.

Considering the Bills are 0-4 on the road in the playoffs with McDermott but 3-0 at home I hope we get the #1 seed. It seems the Bills really need it.

2017 @ Jax (awful game, not affected by the road venue IMO, but I think the Bills win it at home due to how close it was)

2019 @ Houston (does that 2nd half unfold the way it did at home, maybe not)

2020 @ KC (stomped, almost certainly lose at home)

2021 @ KC (I'm convinced the Bills win at home)

So I'll give you two of those, 1 maybe, and one no.

  5. Guys it's not about being right. Like how would one ever be "right" anyhow? They are doing the draft they way they would do it, not the other humans that will do it. It's entertainment.

Mock drafts rustle jimmies on message boards and I have no idea why LOL

would a reasonable guess be that he was trying to get to one of those safer paths after car trouble? “If I can cross here it’s risky for a minute but much safer the rest of the way” type of situation

Maybe. And and it's actually 2 express lanes in the middle. So 2 express lanes, maybe 5-6 highway lanes on each side at points, plus 2-3 lanes on each side for 84. Madness. Maybe broke down on the highway and couldn't get to the side. I can't imagine

“Walking on the road for unknown reasons”

Only sane reason to be would be a broken down car, but even then, I would never walk near the shoulder, not from my lifetime experience with drivers and videos that have circulated. You call for a tow, or AAA, or the police.
Either way it’s tragic, I’m just trying to make sense out of it. Even if it truly meant suicide. There is no harm in trying to know the facts so we can learn from it.

No doubt. Just given how familiar I am with this highway (it's my work commute) it's absolutly crazy to me to think of how (besides a broken down car) a man would come to crossing this highway. With an express lane in the middle too! It's crazy!

The cnn article I read said he was “walking” on the highway and then decided to cross the highway. How far away from his car was he?
The biggest question is, if he was walking on the shoulder (presumably) why did he decide to cross it to the other side?

I wonder if the reporting is a bit inaccurate here. 595 is a major highway with a feeder roadway on both sides. There is no walking anywhere near the highway portion. It's elevated in many points and has ~50mph roadways on both sides. It's ridiculous to think someone would be walking anywhere remotely close to this highway unless it was a broken down car.

That said those feeder roads (84) have pathways on the sides of them for bikers and such. It's definitely possible he got hit on 84 and not 595.

"Buffalo is a city? Get out of here" OJ said. "A Buffalo is an animal.". Surely this was some sort of joke.

After a few hours on youtube with his agents, OJ learned that not only did people live in a place called "Buffalo" but, unbelievably, they also had an NFL team there. A good one too! OJ was convinced. "I'll go to this animal city and catch touchdowns. Where's my pen? Do they pay in US dollars?"
