Yeah.  Real great guy.  Did you forget - he's a politician who is getting his hind end slapped in the polls by Trump?  Big Phony.  Will lie/say anything.   What a mess.

Are you actually suggesting that Pence lied under oath in a deposition in a Federal criminal case?  Do you think he’ll lie - also under oath - as a witness for the prosecution in open court?

Then how could he have remained silent about everything he saw for 4 years?

I think he realized that he could eventually end up tried and convicted if he had done Trump's bidding.

Pence was certainly in a tough spot.

“Also on January 5, the Defendant met alone with the Vice President.  When the Vice President refused to agree with the Defendant’s request to obstruct the certification, the Defendant grew frustrated and told the Vice President that he would have to publicly criticize him.  Upon learning of this, the Vice President ‘s Chief of Staff was concerned for the Vice President’s safety and alerted the Vice President’s Secret Service detail.”

at the end of the day we will all see if the state can keep an American off the ticket by using the power of the state.

Nothing is stopping Trump from running.

But hey, if he’s sentenced to prison maybe you can be part of the mob that tries to break him out!

This Brian guy is 100% a moron. If you truly killed someone, you don’t go using their financial stuff. I still find it very weird that he hasn’t been officially announced a suspect and a warrant out for his arrest for wanted murder. Instead they got a warrant on his dumbness with unauthorized transactions. Still 90% he killed her, but this is all very strange.

    I’d go with 99%

He used the card just before returning to Florida on 9/1, she wasn’t declared missing until 9/11; he himself is missing since 9/14 and her body was found 9/19.  Those gaps in dates are what allowed him to escape.  Neighbors saw him mowing the lawn and going on a camping trip with his parents before the missing persons report - he may have lied to them about the situation.  My guess is he’s in Louisiana and will be found next year.

You are literally the only person in the world who gives a rats arse about that entirely fabricated story, but it’s clearly your happy place so who am I to break your heart?

Beautiful use of “literally” but completely wrong.

That's because your rebuttal would be the usual assortment of daily 'outrages' over a) trivial nonsense or b) outright lies, c) your own paranoid fantasies like "Trump won't leave office if he loses!!!"

The 'damage' Trump has undone (which is mostly liberals acting like hysterical four year olds) will be 'un-done' the day he leaves office.   Oh wait, "He's making himself a dictator!!!!"

Even you're own silly language about 'hitching your wagon' is disingenuous crap.  Trump was an easy choice of the most corrupt and hypocritical candidate in history four years ago, and he's the easy choice again over a guy who will be in a memory care unit at the end of the next Presidential term.

And of course....we notice there is never, ever, any discussion of actual policy.  And it is there that Trump has been a pleasant surprise.

Why vote for Trump?   Easy.  If he gets four more years to shape the judiciary, it just might save our country from the destruction that the far left intends to bring next chance they get.

Trump has appointed almost 1/3 of active appeals court justices in ONE term and is on the verge of getting a 3rd SCOTUS justice.  And guess how many of all of them aren’t white.

    These are Federalist Society asssholes.

I think people sometimes forget just how popular OJ was at the time of the murders. He was all over TV as one of the biggest product endorsers at the time, in movies, on broadcasts, he was everywhere and adored by all. One of the biggest pop culture stories in history and really changed, for better or more likely worse, celebrity coverage in this country.

Agreed - I refused to believe that he was guilty throughout most of the trial.

  8. Both are certain HOFers but Brady's dominance over P. Manning is really only in the regular season. Brady is just 2-2 vs. Manning all-time in the playoffs and 0-2 since 2006. Brady's wins over Manning were in the '03 and '04 seasons. That's a long time ago.

    NFL MVPs: P. Manning 5, Brady 2

  9. That is all subjective. You have very little insight, if any, of what Steve Young was like as the leader of the 90s 49er teams. If you look at Jerry Rice's play in the Steve Young years he was just as good if not better in some areas than when he played with Montana.

I will say: Montana was groomed by Bill Walsh from his rookie year through 1988 and their third Super Bowl together. Walsh was the undisputed leader of the team. It was Walsh's system that won. That changed somewhat when George Seifert, a players' coach, took over in 1989. You could argue that Montana did become more of a leader at that time without Walsh as head coach, but it was short-lived.

There was a transition between Montana getting injured in 1991-1992 and coaches wanting Steve Young to be the QB over Montana because he was too good not to play. Montana didn't like that and was traded to Kansas City. He did not make very many players better there.

Young lost four full seasons playing backup to Montana and he would have easily been a QB1 on most teams in the league at that time.

  10. Lol why is there a 49er fan here arguing with bills fans about the Carolina game!?!? As for the 49ers, they are a very good team. But like the Seahawks, they have a short window with very overrated QBs in my opinion

    Lol! I don't know!

I can buy Wilson as overrated (2-1 all-time in playoff games) but Kaepernick is building a legacy in the mold of Montana and Young. 6-2 now in the playoffs, three straight NFC Championship games and a road win at Green Bay. Road wins also @ ATL and @CAR.

    And maybe @SEA.

Now THAT takes some balls! Take off your Joe Montana jersey and follow your own advice.

Sorry, I didn't mean it like that. I meant it as "come on!" or "how f*cking stupid are you?"

  11. Peyton lost his first 3 playoff games. He never passed for over 230 yards in any of them, he has 1 TD and 2 INTs in those 3. The INTs are higher, but I do feel Luck can be as good as Manning when it comes to W-L in the playoffs.

This is possible but if Manning wins another Super Bowl with Denver he will be the ONLY quarterback in NFL history to win with different teams.

  12. the worst part is that SF is not a very good team. They're just good at winning.

Please correct me if I am way out of line here....but what exactly is the NUMBER ONE goal of any NFL franchise?

Sorry if you hate them but you don't get to three straight NFC Championship games without being a "good team."

I will counter with: actually, yes - they are a very good team. You don't think Boldin is good? Davis? Kaepernick? Crabtree? How about Bowman and Willis at inside LB. Aldon Smith? They aren't that good either? Get the F out of here...

  13. There were a couple of questionable calls and non-calls in the 49ers' favor. Carolina still would not have won even with every single one of those calls going their way. They couldn't stop Boldin. They couldn't stop Davis when they absolutely had to before the half. They couldn't stop Gore. Kapernick didn't even need to run for yardage himself except for one TD scamper on which he was barely touched. The Panthers were thoroughly dominated the entire second half.

SF stuffed Carolina's offense twice at the goal-line and allowed only 3 points. Cam Newton could not evade the rush and was sacked 5 times. He was intercepted twice. His longest run was for 11 yards. The next leading rusher for Carolina was Tolbert with 20 yards. They got beat. Badly.

But you go ahead and feel bad about the refs' calls if you need to.
