I'm still wondering what happened to Jimmy Spags. Hopefully, he's still alive.

I'm not sure if I can do that to myself again. I was so elated when they didn't make the two point conversion only to watch the Cowboys get the onside attempt. That one hurt.

Are Foo Fighters back together again? I'd love to see what thy could do with that kind of stage.

We need someone to draw the double-teams!

Rings will get him in. I don't think first ballot but maybe after a couple years. I don't think he should.

Chiefs and Niners. Really want to see Andy Reid finally get one. Lost a lot of respect for the Green Bay organization after the way they handled Mike McCarthy.

I thought this would be a thread showing BB looking like a vampire or something. Damn. Thought we found his one weakness. Guess I'll have to put away the wooden stake and garlic.

Which part of the 518? McGearys and Excelsior in Albany will both have the game and Buffalo-themed specials. Philly's in Latham if you can stand an Eagles bar. PJs BBQSA in Saratoga recently opened a bar and has Bills merch all over the walls.
I'll be in the Ballston Spa/Saratoga area. I went over to PJ's last time I was out there, but unfortunately, their bar is reserved for their Bills backers club only during the game. I would've signed up, but I'm not out there enough for it to be worth it.

Figures. Heading back to the 518 this weekend. Welp, either gonna have to leave early Sunday or find a bar out there.

There's no place to play one. The college stadiums are all way too small.
In the 1990s there was a train that went across the state for some Bills home games (The Bills Express), starting in Rensselaer and stopping in Schenectady, Utica, Syracuse, & Rochester. It would arrive in Depew & fans would be bused to Orchard Park. There was even talk of adding a train station in OP for game day fans to arrive by train. As the Bills stopped making the playoffs, the train attendance went down to the point it was not economically feasible to continue operating it. I remember being on one of the last train rides. The train only had 2 cars. When I arrived at the Schenectady station to wait for the train nobody else was there. Eventually a few more people showed up before the train arrived, but it was pretty obvious that the Bills bandwagon had slowed quite a bit in the Capital District.
We still have the 3rd biggest following behind the Giants (clearly #1) and the Jets. The good news is no matter how successful they are, the Patriots have never been able to pass the Bills in popularity in our area. That's probably because NE is in a different state so there aren't any state employee transfers from Massachusetts to Albany as there are from parts of WNY & because of SUNY & other colleges the odds are a lot better that some WNY students came here to go to school & stayed in our area while others went to college in WNY before ending up in Albany.
That's cool. Was it still through Amtrak or was it a private organization? I wonder if they would consider starting that up again, especially if the new stadium goes downtown, closer to the station.

I gotta say, I was surprised how much Bills gear I saw when I was out in Albany last month. Of course, having the Jets and Giants both be terrible probably helps matters.

Good teams find ways to win. At the end of the day, an ugly win is better than a beautiful loss.

I used to like the Packers. Then last year happened. Man I cannot wait till golden boy Rogers is outta the league.

I'm not calling anything until they stamp their ticket to the playoffs. Too many times I have gotten overexcited with this team and too many times, I have been let down. See 2007, 2011. I'll take it one game at a time. Then let's move on to the next opponent.

I've heard of him...

I got excited thinking that Spags actually posted. Miss ya kid.

Like Cellino vs. Barnes?
At least it's relatively easy to change all the Billboards to Celino OR Barnes.
