We must be in PFF's "Generate Clicks in the Offseason" cycle.
They rank our DL as Top 5, and McDermott as a bottom half HC.
Now, I have my own issues with McD, but cmon...
They're just saying controversial crap to get clicks.
Been their MO for a while now. Remember when Duck Hodges was better than Allen.

Ah. Despite that they still had a chance to win it if McKenzie did the right thing. Not sure what you expected him to do. He caught the ball in the middle of the field and immediately ran towards the sideline. There was a defender between him and the sideline. He tried to make him miss. He prob could have ran backwards and gone out but then the clock doesn’t stop.
if he gave himself up immediately they may have had enough time to spike it.

This is why I love you. All time GOAT snack. Have half a bag sitting in the pantry as well.
But Spector aint worth parting with my Hot Fries. You can keep him.
They changed hot fries a few years ago and they’re no where near as good anymore.

It's solid depth, that's all.
With his recent injuries is he even that?

Cut Bosa and sign this guy. I’m not comfortable pencilling in a rookie into the CB2 spot during a year we are supposed to contend for the SB.
If you cut Bosa you still have to pay pretty much his full contract. He has a $12,000,000 dead cap. How does that help anything?

I like him as a rotational piece. He shows flashes as a speed rusher. Something they don’t really have besides him. Needs to improve against run but does make an effort. I can see him at 5-6 sacks. He has arm length and good athleticism to be more than a rotational piece even with his height.
I’m curious to see how they use Hoecht. I’m not a huge fan of what I’ve seen of him so far as an edge rusher.
-
He annoys me off the field but I would absolutely bring him in for a year or two if he’d take it. Let Hairston learn this year. Tre, Maxwell and Dorian would be great depth.

OK, I read it and thought it is complete BS because it makes zero sense.
It’s also similar to something I overheard him say at an offseason event in Dallas last year.
But that’s cool. Here’s a trophy 🏆

What would make you think that is a real quote from Von?
Someone I trust with news sent it to me. I didn’t verify it before posting but said twice “if it’s accurate”. I should have verified.

I don't think Von Miller is going to sign on for a Practice Squad role. I think he'd sooner sit at home and wait for a phone call from someone mid season when injuries strike or Retire.
People have said that about a lot of older veterans that have ended up on practice squads. Again not saying I or he would do it. Just that there’s a way to do it with out cutting anyone.

I really can't. Unless you want to cut Solomon, which I wouldn't do for Von. And kinda defeats the purpose of mentoring the younger players.
We have a full stack of 5 at DE with Groot, Bosa, AJE, Jackson, and Solomon. Bosa is going to be our situational Pass Rusher that really won't exceed 50% of snaps and will probably be under that. I don't see us handing Jackson essentially a Starting role out of the gate. I see him rotating in on both sides of the line when needed to get his sea legs under him as a Rookie.
In Groot, Bosa, AJE, and Jackson tho - we have a talented person cycling in on each side of the line at all times. Removing Epenesa for Von is a downgrade. And removing Solomon, of which we don't know what he could or couldn't develop into, for Von which we do at this point in his career - would be a mistake in my eyes.
As it is, we'll need to find a place for Hoecht after Week 6. It's likely he'll just be slid on to the roster from an injury that occurs over the first 6 weeks. But long story short, we've got 5 guys now. Potentially 6 when Hoecht returns (if everyone remains healthy). We really don't have a place for a 6th now or potentially a 7th then. If we hadn't Drafted Jackson and signed Bosa or Hoecht - I could see a reunion.
But since we did all 3 of those things, I think the Von reunion ship has sailed. Save for multiple injuries occuring mid season and him still being without a team then. Which is not something we want to have happen.
I’m not saying bring him back but you could put him on the practice squad and you don’t have to cut anyone.

My older relatives all live north of Buffalo- Willoamsville, Grand Island, Wheatfield- some around the age of 50 are loving North Buffalo right now near Hertel for fun places they can walk to in the nice weather. It has changed a lot on the last 25 years since I moved but some family I can't get to move.
I lived on Hertel a couple houses down from the Garage for a few years. I absolutely loved the area. Only complaints I had was sometimes people would block part of my driveway but I could always get out but sometimes took some time with the traffic. Everything is near by. Wegmans, Tops, Dash’s, Target and a lot of other stores or restaurants.

The Bills gave up a first and a fourth to get Diggs. I think that qualifies as spending draft capital on "a speed WR early in the draft".
Diggs wasn’t a speed WR tho. He had solid speed but he was an elite route runner.

I would blow it on a few luxury cars. Then sell them. Government will never know and I become sugar daddy to a 23 year old Hooters waitress with daddy issues. A man can dream right?
is there anyone in your life that you would feel comfortable with showing your search history?Gonna have to hit a lot of banks to buy just one luxury car. The average take in a bank robbery is $4,000

Blue helmet incoming?
I saw others mention this but couldn’t pay attention long enough to get to that part. What did they say or what part of the video did they mention it?

Saw a vid on Bills’ site with ceremonial install of first stadium seat by its PSL-owning season ticket holder.
Maybe hard to really tell, but in the video the seat looked small and like it was made of cheap, thin plastic.
I thought the downsized seating capacity was partially attributed to having bigger, wider seats (bigger people in 2025). I suspect there’s not much leg room with steeper angles.
For $2B I expected a little better quality.
That was forst thing I said when I saw the seat. Pegula was prob like they don’t sit down anyway just get the cheapest ones

He probably lost weight due to his injury. The problem is naturally putting on 20 lbs. of muscle take a lot of time. Not four months.
He’s been small since drafted. He’s had two years

I doubt it. It doesn't really work like that. Dropping 15 pounds doesn't up your RAS score from a 4 to a 9. One is an elite athlete and one isn't. Watching their college tape it is no contest. Landon Jackson is much more fluid than Epenesa.
Dropping a bunch of fat and gaining strength doesn’t improve athletic ability? Why do athletes do exactly that every year before the combine to improve their scores?
Watch Epenesa in college and in the pros. Completely different. His get off is a lot faster, he’s not as stiff. Landon looks pretty stiff as well in college. Also never said it would up his score from a 4 to a 9 I said it would be closer.-

Just for context as I hate the AJ Epenesa comparisons.
Jackson RAS score is 9.88.
Epenesa RAS score is 4.07
What does this mean? No idea but Jackson is far more athletic.
I’m not disagreeing with you but Epenesa has also completley transformed his body from a power rusher to more of a speed rusher. Epenesa did all of his drills at like 280lbs. Jackson plays at 280-290 but dropped weight for the combine to time better. I feel if Epenesa did his drills at his current weight his RAS would be closer.

It's too bad we don't have a defensive coach who worked for Andy Reid and knows his tendencies so he could stop him
I think it’s more Reid knows McDermotts tendencies and knows how to exploit them.

Dawkins and Torrence "snuck" into the new stadium.
in The Stadium Wall
Posted
Im a decent amount smaller than Dion (6’1” 210) When we sat in the seats at the stadium experience my shoulder lined up with my friends chest. His 14 year old son had to lean to the side so his dad wasn’t on top of him.
For having less seats they sure didn’t give you anymore room. The sales rep looked worried and kinda rushed us through that part.
