Btw Baker is the man and we should draft him.

I really liked the idea of Harrison Phillips (Stanford) in the draft or another prospect to take over when Kyle leaves. Now that we signed Star, do you guys think we'll draft DT?
Maybe, but after we trade up to get a QB we won't have a lot of picks, to which need to go to LB , RT, WR.

I think he needs to be a full time, hand on the ground DE.
He will , no way they ask him to be a LB. He may have the rare drop back but it won't be often.

I think the biggest hole on the offense has to be WR. With Beane saying - "We're very low on money," Beane said Friday. "We could do some lower-level things, but nothing that's going to hit the ticker."
What is the plan at WR? Zay Jones and who?
The draft

I just dont get these elite athletes and PEDs, they already made it to the NFL... Just ball out now.
Me on the other hand, I could use some PEDs with spring around the corner and a boatload of outside crap to do.
Most guys need it to make and play in NFL

I'm pretty underwhelmed by everything, but that's free agency for you in a nutshell. The really good players almost never make it to free agency in their prime, sure it happens, but it's definitely not the standard.
Dude , star and Murphy are studs

I'm a huge Murphy fan but I think Star is more important.
Westside Barbell is a HARDCORE powerlifting gym, that is awesome Murphy is training there.

I really like this guy. A terrific signing and something we need bad. Awesome attitude. Our DL should be damn decent. Our secondary should be very good. Now we need about 12 new linebackers.
Probably draft our LBs

I really hope they don't

Championship!!

Rather trade Lawson, Hughes can at least get sacks in spot duty.

It’s the off season.
You do have to think though- what if McCarron is the next tom Brady? Or do they believe that Peterman could be that guy. Just because we take one of the top 3 Qb pick doesn’t mean that they will be the next tom Brady. What if it is the 4 or 5 Qb taken?
He may be the next Brady , but we won't know thet before the draft , therefore we will be trading up regardless of what they think of McCarron and Peterman.

AJ of course . He will be a better fit for what we are trying to do.

And honestly, that's it. That's all I have to say and it had to be said and I don't really care if there is another thread on this subject.
Truthfully, I feel like crawling out of my bedroom window and screaming it from my F'ing roof at the top of my lungs like Peter Finch in the movie Network, but my wife and daughter are trying to sleep.
Jeepers how good is this guy as a GM. (Not a question)
Mods lock if you must, but I had to get it out.
Go Bills.
When we get our QB, then you can scream out loud !!!

Reports are that both Trent Murphy and AJ McCarron had offers from the New England Patriots, but signed with the Bills instead.
Now you can say what you want about opportunity for snaps, better money perhaps being offered by Buffalo, etc.
But even still, I'll say it again: A quality pass rusher and a quarterback both chose the Bills over the Patriots today. A pretty nice change. Combined with Vontae Davis and Chris Ivory both also choosing Buffalo after visiting with other teams, I feel good about our current front office's ability to sell the vision to players. These are not your same old Buffalo Bills.
Side note: I predict Trent Murphy will be a pretty instant fan favorite. Massive guy, non-stop motor, vocal leader, smart as a whip (went to Stanford)...he'll fit right in. His scouting reports said he'd need a few years to acclimate to the pro game. Well, based on his most recent full season (9 sacks while playing 60% of the defensive snaps), Bills are about to be the beneficiaries of Murphy coming into his own!
North of the Wall !!!
Love this signing, wanted to draft him, hope the knee is good.

Another quality signing by Mr Beane, well done sir!
