    In the late 70s I had a number of gearhead friends who would put their good muscle cars in storage, and buy 'winter iron'.  Put a couple of those next to one another on a less traveled street, and they would hold 'Winter Iron Nationals'.  Usually sliding and banging off each other as they went. 😁

     

    I have graduated up over the years my winter beater is nicer than some peoples dailies ;)

    I remember driving my 1994 Trans Am home from a Toronto dealership in a snowstorm on the GoodYear Gatorbacks ;)

     

    2 Days later I was stuck in the parking lot at work after another sudden storm ;)

     

    I bought a 1978 Impala 305 V8 for $800. the next day :)

    I have liked it...lots of twists and turns.

     

    Last year just seemed surreal...everything going pretty smooth and easy..not what we usually expect or get.

     

    This was more like normal with some huge ups and downs but enough good things to show the Bills belong in the top 5 or 6 teams

    Buffalo Porta Potty's getting some much deserved recognition

    A few years ago I took my co worker/ friend to his first Bills game it was the opener against the Jets.

     

    So we were heading to the Bills Store and he had consumed a few beers already and needed to use the facilities.

     

    The row of porta potties in the Bills Lot was his destination.

     

    As we approached them he went to the lot side and I stayed on the street side.

     

    Just by chance a mounted officer approached on my side near the opening .

     

    I asked if he could prank my buddy because it was his first game and seeing as there wasn't much going on yet and he said sure.

     

    He positioned his horse directly in front of my friends stall and when my buddy came out he was nose to nose with this huge horse :)

     

    The look on his face was priceless as he back pedaled almost back in side....the cop was laughing and so was I we both shot each other a thumbs up.

     

    He still laughs about it.

    Oh so I just realized this was tweeted by Wesley Steinberg. He is a parody account on Twitter, not a real journalist. The Giants did actually cut Isaiah Wilson but the rest of it is made up. It's the same account that made up the story about Kelvin Benjamin sneaking food out of practice. Wesley Steinberg isn't even a real person.
