And fans like you are simply useless tbh...

No matter what dumbass FO this organization hires, you just sit there with your thumb up your ass, drinking the KoolAid, assuming the FO can do no wrong, because they are "your Bills".  Whatever colossal draft mistake they make, you'll support it in lemming-like fashion,  It's pathetic.

Loser fans deserve a loser franchise I guess...

This front office is in their 2nd year.   In their first year, they broke a 17 year playoff drought and drafted 3, maybe 4 solid starters.

The problem with your position is that it is entirely based on the belief that Allen will fail miserably.     You have a right to have an opinion on the pick but that doesn't mean your right nor does it support the narrative you've created.

If he doesn't fail miserably, it's unlikely you'll be walking around telling everyone how much you hated this pick an how positive you were he would be a failure.

I don’t. But of all the top 4, he is the biggest risk to me.  For it to fall like it did and trade up for him, especially giving up two 2nd round picks...

This was one of my two biggest disappointment outcomes. I’m deflated and pissed.

I’ll be happy to be wrong, but I doubt I am

    Only time will tell.

I think Bills fans have seen enough project QBs over the past 20 years come in and absolutely suck. They wanted the opposite. They got Allen. Another project QB who needs a lot of work.

Nobody wants him to fail. A lot here expect him to. That's all.

Josh Rosen has multiple concussions and a neck injury,  we can no assurance that he'll last a single season in the NFL.   It's all a giant crap shoot.

Yea and Brett Favre didn’t work out so well either haha

The NFL is littered with the bodies of QB's that the "experts" said were going to be great.

There are guys in the hall of fame who never made if to anyone's draft board.

Let's see how this plays out before we proclaim people busts.

How many sub 58% guys have worked out over the past 20 years?

Matt Stafford is literally the only one and he completed 61% of his throws his final year.

Jim Kelly worked out pretty well....but that's more than 20 years ago.

Baker Mayfield threw 4 times as many screens as Allen.   Do you think that would have changed the numbers for Allen if he'd thrown more short passes?     I do.

  6. For all the "experts" who are saying that Beane and McDermott will eventually get fired for this pick, I think you're wrong.

#Bills GM Brandon Beane on Allen's tweets: We had to do our due diligence. At first, when you see it, you're like whoa. Terry and Kim Pegula were involved in this process and we talked to many around Josh, and this is not who he is today.

  7. I've been hearing a lot of praise for McCarron lately.   It'd  be great if we found a diamond but only time will tell.   I have a few questions re: McCarron?

    1.  Can he see over the line

    2.  Will he throw in the middle of the field

    3.  Does he get the ball out on time

    4.  Will he throw WR's open.

If he can do two or more of these he's probably an upgrade over Tyrod.

  8. The wording on this is interesting "Our source confirms an offensive starter for the @BuffaloBills has unfortunately sustained a VERY serious injury and will be holding a press conference on Monday to announce."

Sustained indicates to me that it's not Glenn.   His injury has been ongoing.   Same with Zay Jones and perhaps Kelvin Benjamin.

I'm thinking is has to be Tyrod.   That last hit he took was vicious and his head slammed into the turf.    He hasn't been seen or heard from since that game as far as I know and he's had multiple concussions.

if Dion Dawkins career was over that would be an even bigger blow than shady's career being over

Dawkins has an entire career ahead of him at the second most important position on offense...it would be brutal

True but what kind of injury forces a rookie's career to end.   And would you call a press conference for Dawkins?

With Jimmy G likely to be franchised, would you sign him to an offer sheet and give up the two 1st rounders to get him?

If you're willing to give up two 1st round picks for a guy who hasn't proven a thing in the NFL why wouldn't' you give up two picks for a guy who has played very well in the games he's played?

You are the same people who said this about Lynch, Jason Peters, Willis and so on. You people get bitter if the player doesn't bend over backward and kiss Buffalo's ass. He's a troubled kid looking for a leader and Bills tried to play good cop bad cop. I'm telling you I know a million kids like Marcell from the East Side and if they get one hint you could turn on them, they zone you out.

You might want to be careful with your generalizations there skippy.   I never said anything about Lynch.   Peters didn't want to be here and wasn't going to stay here.    Willis McGahee was fine here.

Marcell had one great year and got a $100M contract for it.  He needs to stop crying.

But the coach didn't want him from day one. And stats in McDermott's defense for a DT is worthless. What are Starrs Stats for McDermott?

Stats aren't worthless.   Other guys made plays, tackles, interceptions.    Williams, Lawson, Washinton, Hughes all had tackles.   Dareus got lazy when he got his fat contract, the proof is in the numbers.

His production at Jacksonville hasn't exactly been all pro.

All this stuff you say they shouldn't do, The  Cowboys DID for Bryant. He comes from a bad situation. He's learning stuff most people learn at 16.

I never said they shouldn't do it.   I said what was done.   Marcell is the same guy who said he was going into rehab and decided to go out instead.

Bryant?   Really?  You might want to look at his numbers this year.   Another guy who routinely quits on plays.

Environment is everything to a kid like Marcell. Bills didn't help him. He's lost a lot in life and he needs someone to believe in him. Bills didn't. We'll see but my guess is Marcell will be the best DT in football going forward. I really don't even look at this year because I think he's still in his NT shape.

The Bills didn't help him?   They were supposed to make sure he didn't get high during the offseason?

Were they supposed to drive him around so he wouldn't wreck his car?

Kyle Williams was like a God damn father to the kid.

    He wasn't treated poorly.
