Arizona is the worst HC opening. They signed the QB and fired the coach. Almost like Miami did with Flores and not-Herbert. Good luck getting anyone to sign up for that abuse in a 1 and done season.

Love that this happens when the NFL is scripted meme hits its peak. The refs tainted their own script. Chiefs probably win anyway without the extra help but they couldn't just leave it to chance.

The spirit of Reddit finally came to my last refuge online as a Bills fan.
- So many threads about gatekeeping other Bills fans' fandom and/or demanding fan cards. "My dog, wife, and truck died before a Bills game. In a season they went 0-13 I watched them lose the finale and I was THANKFUL! Both ways! 10 miles! In the snow!"
- Virtue signaling about how you're taking devastating loses with no real explanation like a pro. "My wife didn't tell me why she left, why does McD have to tell me about 13 seconds?"
- Or the weird third-party critique of Bills fans in general that goes something like: "Humans are strange. They want a team to win on the tv. Isn't that weird? It's just a game." You wouldn't bother to visit if it were.
Never really appreciated this forum as much as I do now. You don't have to worry about getting permabanned for having a legitimate take/gripe. Many threads are about actual Bills news that I usually see before an outlet like ESPN. The veterans on this board understand that our season only ended 3 weeks ago. The Super Bowl hasn't happened yet. Even that is going to be salt in the wound. We can't even really process the end of the season because it hasn't happened. It's like expecting for someone to be done grieving before a funeral. If you've already made peace with the season and how it ended, great. Have a cookie. If you haven't, also have a cookie. Cookies all around!

This is old, old news.
I was waiting for the part where he says “so Mitch got a knuckle sammich.”
But I like that they interviewed the puncher and he says he’s good with it. Probably felt great. 😆

Haven’t seen any confirmation of this topic yet so it may just be time filling conjecture. But after the AB debacle, it doesn’t seem that far of a stretch that Tomlin’s main skill is to keep divas under wraps from the media at least.

It’s telling when he isn’t promoted or extended and makes a lateral move to another team.

At one point he was the best player on the roster. Washington fans I know personally really question his injury return timeline and his love of the game. But to be honest, we have the same contingent that doubts Tre White as well.

The state of doubt/polarization in the fanbase comes from no official explanation from the front office for 13 seconds, combined with no accountability for the lack of preparation for Cincinnati.

It’s the home town discounts Edmunds doesn’t take away is what makes him so good. 😆
You can’t simultaneously believe Edmunds is a top 10 LB AND not expect him to ask for top 10 money. 4 years at $11 Mil is turning down Coke for Mountain Thunder. Your pie is located in the sky.

McDermott and Co made the playoffs with Tyrod Taylor throwing to Deonte Thompson and Kelvin Benjamin lest we forget. People are getting kind of crazy and taking things for granted. It could be a hell of lot worse.
The drought was not standard. It was a statistical anomaly of mismanagement. You couldn't do that again on purpose. Perspective is good, but ask the Eagles how good it was to win the NFC East six times, visit the NFC championship game five times, and go to Super Bowl with Andy Reid.

I hate that McBeane makes Colin Cowterd look like a genius for ignoring the OL for 5 years.

It would all be worth it if they could make a dent against backup OL. When they can't, it's spending $10 more on the rust protection at the carwash.

Explains Beane defending the D line with the injuries piled up excuse at the presser.
Beane’s draft record is starting to go from decent to terrible really quick.
And the excuse about not having high picks is loser talk.
Then trade up and get who you really want - or should get.
Or, trade up in RD 2 to get Watson or Breece Hall.
He is really on my ***t list.
He's the slickest used car salesman I've ever seen.

This board loves theoretical value. Edmunds is a TBD hall of famer based on "plays taken away" alone. Not to mention 1st team all pro in "length." I'd love to see if Oliver gets the same treatment. Something tells me he won't get the same benefit of the doubt.
Tremaine Edmunds will test free agency

Calling it now, he’s going to get less than 20. Spotrac’s contract estimate wasn’t some gross electronic error. Edmunds is a specialized player that hasn’t been asked to be a traditional LB since Frazier became DC. Teams can hope he’ll become one but they’re not going to pay for hopes in advance. They’re going to merely outbid the highest bidder if they’re sold on him. With our luck, watch him sign for something just out of our reach like 16.
