I don't know what his deal is, if there is even a deal, and hell, maybe there is. He could have something going on, but I guess what I am trying to say is I don't think he was the problem today. I mean, it wasn't his best game, but he came through when we needed him most, and we still lost. Sure, the INT did not help, or some of his missed throws, but there was a lot going on in this game and I would put him toward the bottom of the totem pole in the blame game.

Agree about today.   We dont have enough paper towels to clean up all the messes today.

Beyond josh, Dorsey is in over his head and i think if he were honest, he would admit it too.   He seems afraid to do what we do best, over and over and over and over until they stop it.   And to have a counter (or 3) ready for when they try to adjust.   I seldom see a play in the first quarter that seems to be setting up something for later in the game.  Each play seems like an island unto itself.   So overall, we have no identity.

Also, the team "sleepwalks" (as many here have termed it).   No fire.   To the point that when we DO play with some fire, it seems so unusual that we rush here to praise it.

One benefit of living in Arizona - the game starts at 5:20

    california here.

since i hate being even the tinyest bit sleepy during the game, I set my alarm for 4am today.  So i can get in a nap, not have to drink coffee during the game, and still be able to sleep tonite at a reasonable hour.

But their hours say they close at 9

I think that can’t be right on game night but my partner is antsy and asked me to check they’d stay open. So I call…

The kitchen and bar will close at 9. I asked them to check with somebody in charge, they have BoW, Blue Light, and Bills logos all over their social media. They told me that since it’s a nationally televised game they won’t stay open.

How can you expect to draw a crowd if you can’t consistently be counted on to show the game. This has to be the worst Backer Bar in the country, right?

maybe because they cant serve alcohol past 10 (or something similar).  Its probably not profitable and they might not be rich enuf to stay open anyway.

and/or, didnt i hear on the radio something about NYS now being able to buy alcohol on sundays.   This could also hurt bars too.

It’s his team and reputation. He made the call to trade for Russ. He has full control of football operations.

    no.  Peyton arrived after Russ

Peyton made Russ get rid of his entourage and his private office or whatever

I didnt watch the game at Duffy's and order their Gridiron Nachos.

3-0 at Duffys 0-2 not at Duffys this season.

Duffys was not open at 930am because of the London game....so I guess we should blame Duffys

or . . . you didnt HAVE TO watch.

Or, go online and order the gridiron nachos ahead of time.  Some restaurants will let you order when they are closed, for pickup when they open, if the "order" is the key.  Lets get some data on that.

Or even, order them the day before.  Eat during game of course, if its the eating that is key.

I'm not seeing championship effort, here.  Maybe run some laps.

  5. decided to not each chicken wings during the game.

Because it was 630 am here (pacific).  And i wasnt hungry.

Like "hungry" should have ever mattered.  I kept going back and forth, asking myself "so what?  You dont need to be "hungry."  Dude.  Bills + TV = wings"

I know an apology is hollow at this point, but fwiw, i have learned my lesson.  Wont happen again.

  6. Jones had a 'neck injury'

Jairus Byrd had a 'foot' injury

If I'm Daniel Jones, or his "camp," the idea of "suffering" a difficult-to-validate injury might just cross my mind.

Finally Tyrod having to actually earn some of that gravy.

(or maybe I'm just mad the Bills lost)

These aren’t office jobs. I don’t understand why they need to adjust to the Time zone at all. Act like It’s a 9 am game. Keep the schedule on you time zone. Add some blackout curtains on the hotel windows cater the food at normal meal times.

I have never been jet lagged.   From 12 years old until now, in my 50s.   I'm not even sure what it feels like.   I planned for it a couple times on business trips, just out of a sense of responsibility.  But nope.

Possibly you and I are in the minority.   Because unless its mass psycho-somatics or something, it must be real.

Does ESPN even have a radar anymore? I think it got scrapped during the budget cuts.

they must have one.  They need to keep replacing aging veterans with rookies on cheap cost-controlled deals.

she might be a running back, though.
