  1. I also purchased a couple chinese knock-offs last season. One TO blue TB that looks great and a Donte Twhitner navy home jersey that looks like ass. From what I can tell, the throwbacks from DHGate are pretty solid, but I would stay away from the current home uni's.

The throwbacks and the white jersey's from dhgate usually look pretty nice, but don't get the blue jersey's. For some reason the numbers they put on look like a reflective silver and you can tell from a mile away that it's a knockoff.

I wonder how much the bills lose on revenue do to everyone buying knockoffs. I bet it's a quite a bit of money.

  2. I was a big fan of getting rid of lynch, but now i'm not so sure it won't come back and bite us in the butt.

I love Freddie, and if lynch is turning into a mcgahee a second rounder would be well worth it, but if the only reason lynch wants out because he doesn't like the idea of sitting behind jackson and what happened media-wise last year I don't know if we should get rid of him. I'd like to think Lynch might learn from his past mistakes, and I don't like the idea of trading away a proven young talent for an unproven pick that might amount to nothing. He was a dud last year, but he had more things going against him than a crappy o-line that he brought on himself, maybe he put all that behind him.

  3. You're a moron...and just because you don't have an original thought in that space between your ears doesn't give you the right to trash everyone else's comments. Maybe if you had posted something of substance with even the slightest degree of intelligent thought behind it, you could talk out your arse as you have in this post.

Post was alright, the only part that made it funny though was picturing this guy reading this post then putting his fist through his computer before heading on his way down to the school bus stop to pick a fight with some 8 year olds.

  4. Wow, it's gotta be some kind of sin to be this drunk on Easter morning.

    Imagine

    Imagine no receivers

    I wonder if you can

No one to catch or throw to

    A losing year for Chan

    Imagine all the draft picks

    We'd get for Marshawn!

You, you may say Derrick's a dreamer

He may be the only one

I hope that Buddy Nix ain't listening

Or the Bills are surely done

Can you post the guitar tabs for this?

  5. Lynch could be one of the best RBs in the league, the problem is he wants everything handed to him on a silver platter. If he had the motivation Jackson had, being the underdog, having to prove himself in every aspect, he'd gain 1600 yards a year. Jackson just wants it more, beast mode is turning it in and thinking the bills will trade him to a place with more apple bees and dave and busters. If only he had a little more Buster Douglas and Dave Concepcion in him.

  6. Experts have him going in the later rounds still, what are his weaknesses? I know people have called his arm strenght into question, but supposedly he showed decent arm strength at his workout. Other than that the guy won a record 45 games as a starter. What makes this guy fly under the radar when we talk about drafting tebow instead? Obviusly i'm no nfl scout, but if I were I'd think of him as a first round qb.

  7. Bottom line, it's distracting.

Weight-lifting requires an extreme focus, particularly at the level these guys are at.

I hate TVs in weight rooms, and I don't make my living through my phyisical abilities like these guys do. The thing about TV is that you stare at it. Which prevents you from visualizing the next lift, going over your goals, ....

I'm at the point where I sometimes wear earplugs at the gym, myself, and these guys are being paid to lift weights.

Visualize before you lift?? Going over your goals?? Ear plugs?? You sound like one of those grunters at the gym who wear tank tops and walk around with a gallon of water while chomping on a protein bar

  8. NBA vs. NFL...........

NBA: Kobe didn't start for the 3 years of his career. Now, future HOF

NFL: Tebow- 2nd round, Mcnabb trade.

Mcnabb has at least a few years left and nobody we can get right away will be as good as him. He's played with horrible WR's and still has got it done (jackson's the man but remember before TO)...... maybe if we had him last year with TO we would have gone all the way.

I'll already call out some of the regulators and regulars on this board by saying i was joking with the statement above.

I say F it, get Mcnabb, draft Tebow and let that 5 weeks he took to correct his mechanics turn it into at least 102 weeks of learning how to be a successful qb and use it to become an all pro.

In the mean time we have a record of 9-7 and above with Mcnabb, might even make the playoffs.

NFL part of this..... Tebow and Mcnabb HOF

  9. My thought is someone should post something about Mckelvin's lawn being vandalized after he fumbled in the pats game. Other than that there's no news links on twobillsdrive.com yet about this FA visit, so I like the post.

  10. TMZ reported that the chick was hysterical (as in very distraught, not hilarious) when she reported the incident to the police, which was very soon after the incident occurred. Unlike the last incident with Big ben, evidence was actually collected. Guilty or not Big Ben has got to be the biggest dumb@$$ in the world for putting himself in another situation like this. His reputation is going to take a huge hit even if he gets cleared of all charges.

  11. A little off topic here, but this just popped into my mind while reading this thread: Have the bills ever had one quarterback who was black? I may be having a brain fart, but I can't remember a qb even on the training camp roster that was black. If that's the case we may be the only team in the league who's never had a black qb on their roster ever.

  12. I have a friend who's boss is really good friends with Jim Kelly, he says Jim knows someone who knows Donovan Mcnabb and Mcnabb says we are probably going to get a RT and a LT either sometime during free agency or during the draft. Not sure who's Mcnabbs source, but I think it could be pretty credible.

  13. I'd trust a guy with 17 posts over a guy with 100,000...at least the 17 posts guy has some semblance of a life. The 100,000 poster guy on a loser Bills site has to have issues. And yes, I am a Bills fan.

Well said my man, dueys that creeper on match.com trying to pick up chicks by bragging about the number of posts they have on TSW.

  14. I was just listening to the Herd and Cowherd brought up a pretty good point. Worst qb in every division, their team finished last.

AFC East - Bills - trent, fitz

AFC North - Browns - anderson, quinn

    AFC South- Jaguars - garrard

AFC West- Cheifs (might be an exception with the raiders, but cassell wasn't anything to brag about)

NFC East - Skins - Williams

North - Lions - Stafford (it only gets better with him though)

South - Bucs - To many crappy qbs to name

West - Rams - Bulger, Boller, Null

    We need a QB

  15. I know, I know...you all want links...but take this into consideration....

All the teams that made the playoffs had average to above average Offensive Lines.

Buffalo was way below average due to all the injuries sustained.

If your QB is getting hit on a 5 step drop consistently before he hits step 5. How do you expect him to be effective?

If he is constantly being harrassed, he will constantly dump it off.

Aaron Rodgers had one of the worst lines in the league and he managed to finish 4th in the league in passing (aka not a captain checkdown), and more importantly was in the playoffs.

I agree that O-Lines are one of the most important things to an offense, BUT a competent QB can get you a long way. Unfortunately we haven't had one of those in a looong time.
