He will be released as a fat slob who is too slow for the NFL. I have seen this act before.
Bank on it... Bet the house.... He is Aaron Maybyn Part two!!!! Total bust.... maybe even worse then the fat Mike William Tackle that just hated football. Maybe worse then Reggie Ragland... who will also be a bust.
I am sorry to the Kool-Aid drinkers, I am a huge Bills fan too,but these guys have the stink of bust on them..... I hope they are hall of fame guys, but in 2 years you're going to say how 2016 was a wasted draft.....

Gillislee is average to slightly above average... dime a dozen. Let him go. How many UDFA have we seen turn into decent backs?
Think about it. RB is one of the few positions that only needs just one guy. TE, QB, RB.... so there is a deeper pool. We all know the problem with finding Good QB's but there are 200 college RB that are available...
Also there are cases that WR's & TE's turn into RB.

I liked Rex when he 1st got here, I bought in... but he is just a bad coach. Then add Rob to the mix, who is even worse. Yuck!
Rex's only upside was players loved him. I don't want a coach to be loved. I want him to be respected. Just look at the Patriots, no one loves Hoodie...
Honestly, I thought the past two years this team had the talent to go really deep into the playoffs. Maybe even into the big game. He screwed this up so bad that now we are in a mini rebuild.
How did he fool every one 2 years ago? ....

Ok I am not for censorship at all... but can we close this thread. Chad Kelly is not coming here. The Bills are trying to prop him up as a favor to Jim Kelly. The Bills are not drafting him....case closed. The pressure on him would be to great and he is a jerk (that is 2 strikes)
The Bills want to prop him up so maybe the someone will take him and waste a pick or better yet, bait someone to trade up for him with Bills Pick in the 5th round (strike 3... not coming here)... But really is it clear to me he is going to Cleveland in the 6th.

I often wonder how rich these people really are. They seem to not care about losing $50-$100 million in expired/fired/released and buyouts contracts.
Forbes puts their wealth at about $4.2 to $4.3 Billion. I wonder if that is conservative... by a lot. I often wonder if they are really in the $10 billion range. You don't spend money like they do if the pockets are incredibly deep. I realize that a $25 million contract is not a lot of money as a percentage of wealth.. roughly 0.6%... but you don't make billions by wasting money... even such low percentages. I also realize that $25 million is tax deduction because it is an expense.....as is this new field.
But still the money they poured into contracts and into this town is insane!!!

Can anyone name a QB that had accuracy issues coming into the draft that actually got fixed in his career?
Manual had good tools but inaccurate
Losman had good tools but inaccurate
Fitzmagic had good tools but inaccurate
Edwards had good tools but inaccurate and so on.......

After 17 years of this...I am done guessing in January. Lets see free agency and the draft and OTA's... then maybe I can make a guess about these guys. Are they clowns or saviors?

Like Rex or not.. he did seem to buy into this community. Personally I wish him well. He just was not a fit for the Bills.... meaning we needed a Championship coach.

I don't know about him as a player... but if he was drafted here and turned into Johnny Manzel... his uncle would kick his A$$. Cancer and all, Jim never took BS when he played or from anyone. He is no joke tough.
Let Chad screw up here and Jim will beat the crap out of him from his hospital bed if need be.

He is an idiot and blew his chance at millions of dollars. Late 5th at best. Some team will pick earlier.... so ok. We missed... the questions is: missed what?
I don't want to spend millions on this mess.... he can compete with Tony Romo and CJ if we even pick him up.

I am not a mind reader but, I think it is over. Watching Rex... I think he has been told he will not be kept on. He was asked to maintain a good face for the good of the team. Or he was probably given the option to play out the year or leave now. He is a betting man, he is betting on himself with a small win streak.
Rex being Rex probably agreed. He is not spiteful or a nasty guy. He wants to keep up the loyalty image so he can get hired fast as a Coordinator somewhere.

If other teams can win with their QB on suspension (Pats) or injured (Cowboys) or just playing bad (Packers). Why does Rex get a pass?
The buck stops with him. Everyone says you have to have great QB in this league... but do you really? We could play this game all day... Matt Castle just stinks, but he had a great record with the Pats, Colin Kaepernick is awful but went to a super bowl, etc.....

If I even hint about my insider he is done for as my insider. He will never tell me anything again. Watch how the TP and KP disappear real soon from the public eye. Same thing with the GM. Watch how players step up this week. They are terrified about losing their jobs to the new coach... just watch.

My insider finally paid off. Rex will be fired at end of year. New coach has already been cleared and is in final contract negotiations. This guy is dead serious and already assembling his staff. This guy has been off the radar moving super quietly. He is a big name.
