So hitting the Peloton and checked to see who with #BillsMafia on ride. Nobody on so went to check all time #billsmafia and came across dude in 40s from Lake Elmo MN with same screenshot of dog in fire as profile pic. Perhaps Yolo moved and changed screen names? Guy took ride just seven days ago. Hope he is ok as topics and news are pretty dry with him gone even if off season. Go Bills Go Yolo.
This mystery might be one for Netflix

Likely have to let him walk but he is only 24. When Nader if you could do something really long term with him.

If the Bills gave Poyer the money and term he wanted at the beginning of the season, he would appear perfectly content. The problem is, at his age, and with the Bills' cap situation, signing him at that money and term is a poor investment.
Poyer does deserve it. He was fantastic here and played through a lot of ouchies. Love the player and his place in the history of this team.
Jordan was great for us and a true warrior. Had a chance to meet uncle and mother at 13 sec game and they were good people. The Bills and community though were also great to him in terms of comp in grand scheme of things and supporting him through his personal battles. Really wish he just stayed quiet in comments as we all know he is likely leaving. I guess I will still kinda root for him but a little less and a lot less when Bills are playing and if he is with the stinky fish.

No longer live in WNY and haven’t for years but always hate when players trash area some even though what Poyer said might be true. Wish we could keep him but the injuries really piled up and doesn’t make sense. I wish him best as he was a warrior for us.

Hard disagree. If that's your way of sayin "he's really good" I agree with you.
Dan Marino was really good too. Played in the big dance in year 2 of his career.
Never won a ring. To name one comp.Nothing is guaranteed and a lot has to come together to win it all, especially with our in-game coaching staff, which remains a liability.
Agreed. JA17 is a great person and competitor who will do what he can to bring it home. It could happen but given our cap situation, schedule and coaching, I just don’t see it happening for next couple years. Things that last year showed us to anyone who is being honest is JA 17 not best QB in league and maybe not even top 5 last year. That could change and Josh can get better at checking things down especially in red zone but things seem to be trending the wrong way and while the story book ending would be nice, there is no guarantee he ever gets one.

You kept thinking it would click for a whole game but never did after first half of Green Bay. O Line and a legit WR2 and we could be ok next year…brutal schedule and all. Really can’t wait for off season to really start as not too hopeful now.

We will miss him quite a bit if he leaves.
He's not irreplaceable - but he is one of the leaders & playmakers on D. It adds one more thing to Beane's list if he moves on.
Particularly in Frazier Defense.

Obviously the way the season ended really stinks. What makes this worse than last year, other than apparent reasons (cap, coaches, etc), is that end of last year there was at least the hope/thought that we might have best QB in NFL, at least 2nd. I think he can have another break out year next year but there is some doubt. Need to shore up o line, coaching and WR2.
-
Had Josh Allen as 5 going into 23. Guys like him and Wright are a bit much but they do have some points. With some O line help and one more WR, I could see him getting back up to top three.

On YouTube comments to Kyle Brandt’s basement post, there is a comment from someone claiming to be Diggs that reads
KEEP.ALLEN.ON.HERE
any idea what that means?

To have a very competitive Superbowl matchup end this way is bad for the game of football IMO.
I've been lobbying for red flag usage on missed or wrong calls made by the refs. Officiating needs Officiating IMO. Its an easy fix IMO. Just like the coin toss rule change in OT was an easy fix. If its important enough allow for the red flag. If you look at the critical holding call closer, the flag gets picked up. Game ends the way it should have ended.
It probably was a penalty as you can see that he did grab for a moment the jersey but should not of been called. Tough spot for an official for sure but they do need to do better in just being consistent. It wasn’t being called on both sides all night.

What exactly did he do there that impressed you so much? Agree he’s good but what did he do besides throw to wide open guys less than 5 yards down the field and let them do the work?
Mahomes is great but Andy Reid might be best play caller in this generation.

Ok Mahomes, the Jordan tongue thing is kinda annoying

I know he is an amazing competitor and we are so fortunate that he is with the red white and blue but they should have sat him a couple games in hindsight. I was kinda hoping he didn’t play in the MN game as just watching how that injury happened and his history, it looked like something was up. Oh well, get better Josh.

Geez, I’m afraid to say anything negative or will be labeled as poisonous, but something definitely seems off with him and Josh. These guys are professionals but still pretty young and in a league where every little thing can matter, not having QB1 and WR1 on same page could be troublesome. They are both amazing at what they do but it does seem like chemistry is off some. Go Bills

Is Josh training with Jordan Palmer again this off season?

In this economy people aren’t going to pay those ticket prices just for a football game much less the other expenses a trip to Phoenix is going to cost. You're talking a family of 4…with all the other amenities probably paying 20,000 dollars minimum.
You can 10 of that and goto Hawaii for the week and your kids and wife will be happier anyway.
People will pay it. It’s a rich man’s world and only getting more so. To go to a concert now can run you at least a couple hundred a tix. It’s getting crazy.

It's McD's scheme. So even if we replace Frazier, expect a DC who runs something like what we already have. Maybe with different playcalling or strategy, but the base D will likely be the same or very similar.
That sucks for fans who want a change, but is good news for if we re-sign Edmunds.
Agreed, the fact that this is McD and Frazier defense and if there isn’t any change at DC, it almost seems like we have to sign Edmonds to have any success in a defense that seems to always play coverage 2 no matter what. It definitely fits Edmonds and we do t have anyone currently on roster who can fill the Mike role in our current schemes.

Maybe a safety for second WR but OL OL OL.

Edmunds is likely gone...someone is going to pay WELL above $11 million a year for him and the franchise tag is $20.9 million, so that isn't a realistic option either. Only hope is if he pulls a Milano and takes less to stay...he openly said how much he loves it here, how he loves the team, the coaches and the locker room...I guess we will see just how much. Perhaps a 6 or 7 year deal that gives him more in guarantees but helps save some money? Trade longer term and more guarantees for less overall money?
Given how young he is, a longer deal where you can spread out hit makes sense.

Does anyone know how long coordinators contracts are? Is it usually indefinite? If Frazier were to retire would that have probably happened this week?

Same boat. Never thought I would be going for a Mahomes team but just can’t go for Cinci after last week .
Obnoxious jerks
Same I guess but it’s a crappy choice. This week I kinda realized that I kinda don’t like KC because they are good. I used to dislike Kelce, but after watching some of his podcast videos with his brother, they both seem like alright people and Kelce is a beast. Mahomes ok too. KC definitely has scumbags but the apple stuff and Mixon being stupid with the tix sale stuff rubbed me wrong way. I really do not want to hear from Nick Wright though.
