  1. Only complaint was that they had too many artist. Could of just gone with Dre, Snoop, and Eminem and could of been enough.  Would of been the perfect spot for Tupac to make the surprise. 😜. Still pretty solid and much better than that maze thing the year before.

The interwebs is big mad at Stafford for being the worst person of all time.  Its why this thread was created.

Hey Geronimo, what’s the difference between Hitler and Frat Stafford….Hitler can grow a mustache. Cmon man, nobody is really saying he’s the worst person in the world. He probably should of shown a little more concern for the girl that fell. That’s it.  You’re reading too much into why people post stuff.  We’re all on the same team. Go Bills.

His reaction to the situation looks strange at best and cold at worst but I think its silly to read anything more into it.  Had Stafford "rubber necked" and gawked at the injured woman, it would probably be seen as a sign of compassion and I doubt a thread ever starts. Morbid curiosity like gawking could easily be mistaken as empathy.  Similarly, a reflex triggering disgust in that situation could look like a cold response. I've witnessed plenty of people turn away from compound fractures.

This thread exists purely as a judgement based on a 5 second clip where people assume to know what he was thinking and his level of care.  I find humor in the idea that morality could be defined as taking 2 steps forward instead of 5 steps back and the number of seconds waited before sipping water.  Obviously, that is an absurd way to judge a person's character but that is all the information we have to go on so that is what is truly being debated here.  I find even more humor in this argument since both actions, stare and express concern facially or walk away, are equally meaningless to the outcome.  We could start a whole new chapter of etiquette "How to Properly do Absolutely Nothing in an Emergency Situation".

The "frat" descriptor in the title and some of the reactions make it obvious that some people have a vested personal interest in painting Stafford as a bad guy and that interests me.  Schadenfreude aimed at a person who has no controversial past that I'm aware of is always fascinating.  Some people just like to see the privileged fall, or in this case, walk away from a fall.  Playing devils advocate and parody about virtue signaling and the other stuff is just me having fun with this thread.

lol. The irony of passing judgment on people watching that video and observing that it was jacked up as somehow them being judgmental whackos while writing half a novel on your judgments of said people is rich. Go Bills.

I would add the Dodgers as well. But they definitely aren't a passionate NFL market. The Rams do have history in LA but I wonder if the Chargers will have a long term future in LA. I wouldn't be surprised if they leave and relocate again.

I bet they do. Besides the Bengals, Chargers losers here too. It’s a weak market/fan base for football to begin with and Chargers are second fiddle now more than ever. I get they had stadium issues but Chargers had pretty loyal/decent fan base in San Diego. They are somewhat bitter about move too.  Anyhow, I hope they head back to San Diego.  Definitely prefer going to a San Diego away game verse LA.

I’m 51, I’ve seen every Bills game since I can remember and that’s a LOT of bad football. I’m well into the IDGAF phase of my life, except for the Bills.

With the Bills, I still get completely irrationally emotional both high and low over a stupid game and I Iove it.

Because I’ve suffered so much, the highs - like absolutely OBLITERATING the Pats* are so much higher. Also, when we had 13 seconds left before we moved onto the AFC Championship I knew the game wasn’t over but even then I had a hard time believing they screwed that up so bad.

kinda in same boat. As a kid I expected that I was gonna grow out of or manage emotions better the older I got but it has gotten worse when it comes to Bills.  I am definitely not as much into other pro sporting events or other teams as I was when younger but with Bills, especially now, it’s on.

I think part of it is particularly with the Bills, it’s kinda about family, friends home and memories.  And while I get it that sports are just suppose to be a distraction from real life and it is a just a silly uniform that these millionaire kids are wearing who aren’t even from Buffalo, that distraction (because of the above (family/friends/etc) is kinda a blessing and real life in a good sense; even with all the Billsy heartache and NFL nonsense.  In any event, just one before I die. Go Bills

Nice experience, especially to share with your kids.  So there were a decent amount of Bills fans on the course - were many following him?

Yes.  Tons of Bills fans and a lot of people wanted to talk about the KC game and how great the O was and about 13 seconds. He was obviously the biggest draw in terms of gear people were wearing. Real cool experience. Local paper from back home got wind of it and wrote an article. https://wellsvillesun.com/blog/2022/02/06/meeting-josh-allen-wellsvilles-mike-felsen-and-family-enjoy-a-day-they-will-never-forget-as-buffalo-bills-qb-golfs-in-pro-am/?fbclid=IwAR0s1HXZ5hSEUXBLLMSyWFEkX0YQGoLaiPSY0hAka6eLgMoA7uNWJLGaJjY

great experience but hopefully both JA17 and me and family are not going to Pebble Beach this time next year. Go Bills.

  7. Maybe on Thursday mercury sun but everyone on that golf course today knew who Josh Allen was.  You constantly overheard about the number of Bills fans there. It was an awesome Bills experience. Watched them lose twice this year (kc and Indy) and while I would of rather him not be eligible to have played in this event this year, it was a nice consolation prize in some respect.  Him and his family were super cool and nice to my kids; he signed the autographs, gave fist bumps, posed for photos and created some great memories.  In words of TO “that’s my quarterback”.   Long live JA17. Go Bills.

Not a food snob but having worked at a Hut back in 90s as dishwasher/cook will never go near one. Really nasty.

You mean the guy who watched his team play at home with an IV in his arm but didn’t understand why the league wouldn’t let him back at practice when he wanted to has other terrible takes?

His Twitter feed gives impression he might not be too high on Bills and management. I bet his is gone by March.

Zomg….the coaching staff ruined my life!!!!  ZOMG!!!!!!!!!  Lol.  Not surprised the least bit.

We weren’t the supposed #1 d.  We WERE the number one d.  Playing in a league that now caters to the O and **** on the D.  KC is a great team, led by a great qb and a great play caller and 2 future hall of fame playmakers…..while we were without our best defender.  That’s what sometimes happens.  😢

No one is crapping on anything????  Laughing Out Loud Lol GIF by VH1

huh?  WTF are you talking about?  People are upset and rightfully so. it seems like we had our best shot in decades to win it all and unpredictable nature of NFL, cap numbers, cool aching changes makes it that much more challenging to get back to a position we were in but if anyone can will it, it is JA17. I also think another year for Diggs and Josh to gel and Gabe as #2 should be awesome. I really hope Rossaue (sp?) and Basham come on strong too. Go Bills.

Especially since Daboll is an offensive coach and everyone would think that any offensive success would stem from Daboll, not his coordinators.

The only reason Dorsey would go is if he just absolutely loves Daboll and wants to continue working under him no matter what.

or if there is some bad blood with mcclappy. I forgot if it was Colts game or first Pats where McD presser seemed to indicate that there was some friction with him and Daboll. If Dorsey leaves hopefully locker room can stay tight. I imagine it does as core should still be here and losing like this hopefully is good motivation fodder for off season and next year. Go Bills.

Who’s to say we won’t win 4 Super Bowls in a row?  Who’s to say josh allen won’t go down as the greatest qb ever?  He might.  He’s that good.  Be happy about him…… or be a sad, negative Debbie downer that just wants to look at the sad side of things. I promise you, that will accomplish nothing. Ever.  Zilch. Ask @ScottLaw.  No one will ever give you anything of substance for ****ing on your team.  You won’t feel better about yourself. You won’t feel better about the bills.  You won’t feel better about your family. You’ll just be someone that most people prefer not to associate…..minus the other crappers.  Does wonders for your mental state. 🙄

Dude, no one is crapping on anything but lets be real.  We blew an amazing opportunity due mainly to coaching. An opportunity that as we have learned since the Bills first came into league in 1960 (granted AFL and we have those “championships”) do not come around frequently.  I hope this team comes out so fired up at beginning of year and runs the table and with JA17 anything is possible.  But NFL seasons are brutal like a WNY winter and unpredictable.

I come here for many reasons.  I enjoy discussing our favorite team and the league that it plays in.  I enjoy reading different perspectives than my own (even though they’re all wrong if not aligned with mine, obv). I enjoy learning about prospects, schemes and football 101.  I enjoy discussing the draft.  I enjoy reading the same nonsense from the same idiots on a daily basis.   It makes me feel better about myself knowing that I’m not that stupid (regardless of what you might think 🤔).

This loss to the chiefs was unusually painful.  Worse than any loss I can remember, as a fan or as a participant. Pain.   I haven’t watched or listened to one second of sports talk/social media since.  Every time a buddy texts me about something sports related, my reply is the same: too soon.

That said, I can’t seem to stay away from tbd.  I’ve been coming here for just short of 20 years now and I enjoy it more often ever (thanks to 17, most of you guys pretty much suck).  Until this week.  This week has been pathetic.  Maybe I’ve been pathetic too, being unable to swallow anything sports related, but some of the takes this week….. good ****ing lord.  We have a great team that should have won the SB of not for

a bad coaching decision/s. Yet all I see is doom and gloom/nonsense spewing 🤮.  Yes it sucks that we lost, but don’t over think it. We’re a championship caliber team. We didn’t lose because Motor isn’t good enough.  We didn’t lose because Beane didn’t draft Creed Humphrey and Trey Smith (like I wanted them to).  We didn’t lose because our players aren’t fast enough. We didn’t lose because Tremaine edmunds sucks.  We didn’t lose because we don’t have a premier pass rusher. We didn’t lose because Cole Beasley didn’t get vaccinated.  Stop.  We lost because of a bad coaching decision/failed communications within our STs.  Not sure which, but that’s why we lost.  We had the game 95% won and then 13 seconds happened.  We’ll never know why we lost or what we could’ve done to ensure a win.  I know it’s a message board and this is what we do…..but it’s not enjoyable right now, for me anyways.  Act like you’ve been there before…..because most of you have.  I know it was a tough loss, but get it together tbd.

certainly I agree with some of this but getting to a Super Bowl and then winning it is not easy. Yes Allen is great and yes we are championship caliber but that doesn’t mean crap. If this season taught us anything, it is that momentum and staying relatively healthy means a lot. We were incredibly lucky with the exception of great Tre White to stay injury free.  Whose to say that happens next year. Also we were really peaking the last half of the season, again that can change too. We were a team that was capable of losing to J-ville when not clicking. I guess what people are so frustrated about is knowing that in terms of opponents and paths to the Lombardi, it may never be as straight as it was going into last Sunday. There are no guarantees.  Damn, just one before I die. Go Bills.

Chiefsplanet is an interesting animal.  I used to be a frequent poster there but stopped a few years ago due to the level of right-wing extremism that started drowning out pretty much everything there.  Sucks because it used to be a really great forum. That said, much of the “toxic” football related stuff is tongue in cheek, so you have to take it with a grain of salt.

loudest stadium I have ever been. Cool tailgating scene and WWI museum was phenomenal.   Most of fans cool and knowledgeable.  Just like BLO, some morons but all and all some real good people. I’m sure in a few weeks after I’ve recovered from 13 seconds, I’ll say it was a cool experience. Lol.  Go Bills.

Reid fired McDermott.  Worked out great for him. McDermott became his playoff doormat.

You have to respect what McD has done in terms of changing the culture and he seems to be a good dude and fine motivator. But game management wise he is a bit of a liability.  He seems to fix mistakes but only after they happen.  Obviously can’t get rid of him but next year will be interesting. I don’t remember why Reid let him go in Philly but curious if anyone else does.
