I dislike Brady as much as anyone but a family potentially breaking up is nothing I wish on him. The kids are still kids whether their parents have millions or not. I hope he is always known for the football cheater he is while he enjoys the money and the rest of a happy life with his family.

Break up the family is fine by me.

    That's what the cheater deserves.

What??? I know Im not the only one.

Ok. I'll give you a happy story then. Gosh.

She breaks up and marries some midget that makes her and her kids happier.

He marries Bellichex since he loves him so much.

    Everyone happy now?

  2. only concerned if a decently taller WR is on him. I think Rex wanted to see how he handled the big-body WR's. I think he will be find against average sized WR's. He has coverage, he just PI's against the taller WR's like M. Bryant because he can't get the jump ball.

    Hmmm.

You mention how many concerns here?

    Only 3.

  3. Not even a little bit concerned. He's a rookie CB - he going to get burned throughout the season, so get used to it. QBs will pick on him all season until he plays well enough to make QBs think otherwise. But he's smart and has the physical tangibles and will improve. So long as the overall defensive effort is there and with some production out of the offense, hopefully Darby won't be the difference maker in a negative way in more than a game or two.

    Wow.

    You must like losing.

Right out of the box we face 4 good to great qbs.

Caveman Luck, Marcia, Tinyhill, Gump Manning

All 4 qbs can do damage.

  4. Sorry, but any WR taking that hit with his body on top of the ball would have suffered the same result.

i didn't see it like that. It looked like a fat dude rolling on top of him. Lots of players get up from that. He should just stick w track and field. No hurdles to be safe.

Agree with the record except win against the Colts, unexpected loss to the Titans on the road. The Bills best the Pats at home regardless of Brady playing or not.

    Book it!

Unexpected loss against the Titans. No way. Outside of our division, maybe the bengals. Not the Titans. I think the Titans will be an easy win. New qb will get killed.

When I pointed out my concern about the readiness of Darby after the Panthers game I recall you entering the thread to personally attack me.

    NOW you are concerned?

Gotta love the characters on TSW

    Not!

One it was not an attack softie. 2nd. Your demeanor was a little too show off for my taste.

That same day I believe I posted the word "Darby" in the negative thread. I pretty much agreed with you the rest of the way, just not the style.

I think this is one of those cases I talk about where the fans perspectives change when they realize that they aren't on the same page as the coaching staff/GM.

They didn't draft Darby in round 2 to give him safety help the way a zone defense does.

He was drafted to play man on the outside in a defense that tries to congest the middle of the field.

I'm not saying Rex isn't capable of scheming differently but it's hard to drop a DL in underneath coverage while you are pulling safeties to the sideline.

If Darby can't hold his own then it changes the game plan significantly, IMO.

Deception is their greatest asset against Luck and that goes double for a day when the Alabama Slamma is in a tracksuit on the sideline.

So if they are going to play a matchup-zone for the benefit of Darby it will have effects on the rest of the defensive structure.

To my opening point.......people assume that popular new coaches and GM's have an easy right answer for everything.

But stopping Andrew Luck is not a given.

I love Rex and the exciting, blitzing D but I acknowledge that he has had some days where teams like the Pats have torn his D to shreds.

A creative scheme without the sufficient talent in right places is not sufficient to stop a great offense.

    Very well said.

  7. As much as I want to say 9-0, your offering is just as plausible. I think we split w/ MIA and sweep the Jets. The Cincy game is a tough call, as is the Colts game. The Colts D looks horrendous in preseason, but it is preseason.

    I'm gonna go

    Colts W

    Pats W

    Even 5-0 is impressive. Colts/pats/dolphins
