    Someone else that realizes we have players to trade that are not named lynch. I think they would rather have Wilson but I also belive this is the year of Donte Whitner. I am bracing for the bashing bring it. He's been a consistant tackler and is showing an ability to intercept the ball finally.

    Over rated huh what would I call a QB that led a team to four consecutive NFC championship games and a super bowl not over rated thats for sure.

    We actually don't need that many things LT QB WR Maybin will be moved to LB I honestly believe if Perry was named head coach at the beginning of the season and we had a few less injuries we would have been play-off bound as a wild card. so what makes you think we need so much.

    If we didn't have all the injuries and made some better coaching decisions we would have been a wild card this year so I say we can.

    WR, QB, LT It would be nice to have upgrades but if maybin is moved to LB that is all we need I would love to see what other positions we need players at let me know.

    Joe Flacco, Matt Ryan, Big Ben, and Mark Sanchez they don't have to put up monster #'s they just have to be coached properly. 6-10 isn't hard to top

    Aaron Maybin, Aaron Schobel, Pos, and Mitchel at LB Spencer Johnson is the only 3-4 DE we have but Seymour is a UFA

    You guys seem to think Cowher knows what he is doing he says Gailey is the right coach. So your argueing with Cowher. They probably brought Cowher in to ask him about Gailey and others.

    To the original Poster: Carrol already failed on the NFL level where Gailey has awinning record unless you think Spurrier had a great tenure with the Redskins college success isn't that big of a deal. Although Gailey has a winning record there as well. I would have loved to see Cowher but it didn't happen get over it people.

    So tell me where he has failed as a coach because I don't see it. We never had a prayer of landing Cowher or Shanahan. So get the $%#@ over it and get on board the guy is a winner.
