I read on PFT (no link) that the injury was re- aggravated in TB after having occurred in the previous game vs. Carolina on a Julius Peppers hit.
If thats the case, was he on the injury report last week? Wouldnt THAT be ironic if he wasnt?

Well Let's look week by week, starting after our bye:
Week 7
Our Game: Tampa Bay @ Buffalo
Current Sunday Night game: Atlanta @ New England
Likelihood: NONE - replay of SB51
Week 8
Our Game: Raiders @ Buffalo
Current Sunday Night game: Steelers @ Lions
Likelihood: little-to-none - both scheduled teams currently 3-1 (although this is the start of a 5 night-games in 6 weeks stretch for Pittsburgh)
Week 9
Our Game: Buffalo @ NY Jets
Current Sunday Night game: Oakland Raiders @ miami
Likelihood: NONE - our game is Thursday night, only Sunday Afternoon games can be flexed
Week 10
Our Game: Saints @ Buffalo
Current Sunday Night game: Patriots* @ Denver
Likelihood: NONE - Pats*/Broncos will always be in prime time
Week 11
Our Game: Buffalo @ LA Chargers
Current Sunday Night game: Eagles @ Dallas
Likelihood: NONE - another big rivalry game
Week 12
Our Game: Buffalo @ Chiefs
Current Sunday Night game: Packers @ Steelers
Likelihood: NONE - huge national following for both teams
Week 13
Our Game: Patriots* @ Buffalo
Current Sunday Night game: Eagles @ Seahawks
Likelihood: Possible but not likely
Week 14
Our Game: Colts @ Buffalo
Current Sunday Night game: Ravens @ Steelers
Likelihood: NONE - even if Ravens are out and they do flex, our game is uninteresting
Week 15
Our Game: dolphins @ Buffalo
Current Sunday Night game: Cowboys @ Raiders
Likelihood: little-to-none - other sunday 1PM games would probably be ahead of ours
Week 16
Our Game: Buffalo @ Patriots*
Current Monday afternoon game: Steelers @ Texans (no game Sunday night)
Likelihood: MAYBE
Week 17
Our Game: Buffalo @ dolphins
Current Sunday Night game: NONE
Likelihood: Don't even know if there is a Sunday Night game this week...
Thats some good work right there. Awesome post!

It's always interesting when people criticize a team of overpaying for a kicker because he's just a kicker like the criticism aimed at signing Hauschka for a 3 year 8.5 million dollar contract. We pry don't win in Atlanta without him nailing those 55 and 56 yarders.
I totally agree. Hauschka has been a great asset so far. My son is a Seahawks fan and hated that we got him.
New England had dumb penalties that gave the Bucs one of those missed opportunities and their D gave up huge plays in the second half. The positive press the Pats* are getting this morning is undeserved.
-
New England’s D kept TB in the game. Dumb penalties and huge plays.
TB. kicker kept them out.
-
Any push off play of his needs to be played repeatedly on the jumbotron every time it happens whether its called or not.
-
Just win, baby!!!
-
Best bet is Dec 3rd vs Patriots if it's for 1st place.
Agreed. But only IF!!! Long haul yet.
-
Weeks 5-17 are the weeks in the schedule for games to be flexed.
Anyone think a home game could be flexed? NE or MIA home games in December, maybe?
-
The W against Denver definitely turned some heads.
Our L is really a dropped catch by a rookie in a great defensive effort where we blanked Cam in the TD column.
Our D is tough. This is no cake walk for ATL.

Yo Jerry,
Jim has a gold blazer and a bust in Canton. His name is bolted to the wall inside your workplace. Try asking for the #12 on your jersey too.
That's why he's on the sideline.
-
I think he has three grandfathers Jack Nicklaus, Jack Nicholson, and Jack Palance... believe it, or not!
-
Sammy is also hurt again and is in concussion protocol.
-
Tough to cheat when Goodelle is all up in here; that's whack, damn!
-
September 21, 2008 the Dolphins used the wildcat formation on 6 plays for 5 touchdowns vs. the pats* (per wikipedia)
That was not a week one game and credit the entire Dolphins team and staff for keeping a lid on it and stunning the pats*

Q: How do identify the Pats fan in a 1995 photograph?
A: Easy... He's the guy wearing a Troy Aikman jersey!

Bills 24
Jests 6
Jets strike first with a field goal and lead 3-0 for a couple of series. Bills get it going late in first qtr. and never look back.
-
Baltimore is hosting Cleveland (possibly Cleveland).
Pittsburgh has a home game.
Cincy has a Thursday night game that week, so that stadium is available, or at least not being used for an nfl game anyway.
Detroit at NYG on monday night that week.
-
A lot of ridiculousness here, that's for sure!
If the THOUGHT of this man playing for the Bills brings out such divisions amongst the fans, I cannot imagine what it would be like to work with him, or to be his boss.
And to be clear, we're all rooting for the same team here. We need a qb, not a wedge.

I've got a group of people coming to the Saints-Bills game on a bus this year. I've been to many games, but never taken a bus before. In another first, the wife is attending too. I finally got her to go!
Is the bus lot a good tailgate scene? I'm doubtful about grilling and stuff like that.
Is there room to set up the corn hole boads, or is it wall to wall buses and zero open space?
Please share your thoughts and recommendations. Thanks in advance for your input.
GO BILLS!

Richard Sherman is the poster child of why players want guaranteed contracts. He plays well enough but then has some games where he gets absolutely torched... especially recently.
How many times have you seen him with his hands on his hips shaking his head after getting beat? He yells at the safeties constantly. He had a 2 int game at the NYJ last year, but I recall him getting beat by Marshall pretty good too during this game. And getting INTs against Fitz ( and I likeFitz) is hardly something to brag about.
-
The first SB win with a "backup" was a good story, but I didn't ROOT for them.
Kudos to those who are honest and have admitted to pulling for them though.
-
I went to a jets game last year and he was not playing well. I got to know some of the fans in my area and told them I was a bills fan. Then we got to laughing about how both teams got snake bit by Fitz.

I watched the whole thing... so many quarterbacks!
