Agreed Jefferson is the best WR in the league period
I'd probably take Chase over Jefferson

It will basically be the Josh show with some Keon and Dion thrown in
Think Kelly/Thurman/Bruce/Reed/Tasker will be in some episodes?

PFF has Josh rated as their 4th best QB in the league. This is why I don't favor PFF. Happy Birthday fellow May baby

I'd like to see the Bills allow Keon to have more RAC. Less throw up/jump balls. He returned punts in college. I'd like to see him make plays with the ball in his hands more.

Mack Hollins, to me, is as relevant as Stefon Diggs. On to Joshua Palmer!!!

Every route ran in these highlights seems to mirror the routes Bills receivers ran last season

Why? He’s an actual better version of Mack Hollins, good in the locker room, and certainly not good enough to demand a high target share.
He ain’t perfect but no one on the Bills is either.
I didn't remember Mack running the wrong routes or dropping many passes in crucial situations😎

I’m not sure that theory holds true.
We have tried to get guys to stop the Chiefs like Rousseau/Boogie with our top 2 picks. The splash FA signing of Von.
Not sure there’s been a massive philosophy change as much as “we need to keep trying.”
Boogie/Rousseau/Von are outside pass rushers. Sanders/Walker represents the need for inside pressure

McDermott is a defensive minded coach. I don't think that Beane had the authority to pick an wide receiver in the first round without the approval/consent of McDermott. I do believe that Beane has the power to make trades in order to get players that McDermott and the staff want, but I do not think that he has the final say.
So, we disagree but I appreciate the dialogue.
For years the Bills have been trying to outscore the Chiefs in an effort to beat them. They even had the rules changed. I believe finally the Bills concluded that in order to beat them, they have to stop them. I believe they saw the success that the Eagles and Bucs had against the Chiefs and decided to go that route.

Congrats to him. I've always thought he was one of the best of his era.
Yeah, but his brother Bob had the best laugh in the business

Roman was OC last year. Herbert has had a 5,000 and multiple 4,000 passing seasons. Could be overrated? Sure but there were plenty of opportunities to put up numbers and he was worse than Gabe Davis.
again, I get Beane’s frustration but it’s weird that he so aggressive about it because it’s a valid criticism. Samuel was an awful signing. Palmer has been pretty mid. Coleman had questions about separating coming and was literally invisible at the end of the season while Worthy, Ladd, BTJ were making monster plays. Obviously these guys can improve but there is a lot of evidence that besides Coleman, these are kinda average at best bet guys (love Shakir however).
that said, it’s probably the most exciting Buffalo radio moment in like 20 years so it’s a win win.
The Eagles set a postseason record for points scored last year.
Wonder how many extra possessions the Eagles defense gave their offense? Anybody know?
For all the "Bills need a #1 WR", how would you all feel if they went out and signed Bond?

So I know people don’t love McShay sometimes, but he loved the Bills draft and had a pretty interesting take.
He said the teams with quarterbacks like Josh Allen (Ravens, Eagles, Chiefs) should do everything they can to improve the defense because Josh can’t help on the defensive side of the ball. He was afraid the Bills would not stick to the strategy and he was happy that they did drafting defense early and often. I just thought it was a pretty interesting take when you typically hear guys talking about adding weapons around the QB.
It only makes sense!! Defense wins championships

He threw it just fine to Robert Foster

The one teams draft I disliked the most, other than the Dolphins, was the Raiders. It seemed like that prick, Pete Carroll, had a hidden camera in Beane's draft room and kept talking our players right before us.

I gave them a B+. They I think they mostly got good value in their picks. They waited too long to try and snag some speed for the WR position. I thought they might have wanted to draft a bit of insurance in case James Cook decided to stage a holdout. If Cook reports and plays they'll be fine at RB, but I don't think Ray Davis has the same big play ability. Ty Johnson might be able to shoulder more of a load. Darrynton Evans is kind of an unknown. Honestly, I don't see Frank Gore Jr. as much more than a fringe guy with a famous name. I also worry that Walker might not be as NFL ready as is needed. I think they also could have added some competition at linebacker. Oh well, they can't have everything.
Travis Etienne may become available soon. Think he'd be a good fit?
