  1. Yeah you'll win opening night because we'll be starting Brian Hoyer instead of Tom Brady and we're gonna keep Moss and Welker and most of the starting line out to make sure they don't get hurt :pirate:

And I live in Albany, by a slight margin Giants fans are the majority, but Pats Jets and Bills are all very well represented. And no one gives a damn about SU football here. Lots of SU basketball fans though. Zero NHL fans here. (I became a Sabres fan from going to UB). Its also almost 50-50 between Red Sox and Yankees and no one cares about the NBA

  2. See I don't buy the, he's old why would he start spending now, bit. I mean its precisely BECAUSE he's old that is the reason it would make sense to go on a supermarket spree of gms coaches top talent evaluators and top fa prospects. He may have a one foot in the grave but I'm sure the other foot is desperate to win a championship before he takes the dirt nap. He's got all that money but he can't take it with 'em.

  3. Here we go with the Tom Brady shoulder problems again. Came out for 3rd qtr but went back into the locker room. Now if he struggles any at all this year its because of the bum shoulder. Guaranteed he will be on the injury report every week this year, just like 07.

It wasn't just 07, he's been on the injury report every game as probable since week 16 in 2002 after he hurt his shoulder against the titans the previous week

  4. Because talking about the Pats greatness gets boring when everyone agrees with you. We have very few positional battles and theres not much to say about the rookies until the season starts, the most exciting topic on our boards right now is Julian Edelman one of our 7th rounders a.k.a. Wes Welker 2.0, you guys should check out some of this highlights from our first preseason game, this kid rules. Returned a punt for a TD and cought 5 passes for 37 yards. He was a QB at Kent State, my guess is he's going to be our wildcat extraordinaire.

  5. Yeah blacked out for a team that sucks but yet still outdrew 75% of the league even with blackouts. This in a terribly small market, and depressed area. And still with a large capacity despite a small city. A Buffalo Bills blackout, when it rarely happens, means that 67,000 people still went to the game, most of the time, in brutal weather.

Circa Bill Parcells however, the true fanship from Pats fans showed. Anyone can be a fan when the Pats have had success that they've had recently. Where was everyone in that huge market before they were good every year?

    Talk about bandwagon.

In my case, in the womb, crapping diapers, and preschool, respectively.

And no thats not what it means. If it was only 5,000 seats that didn't sell they'd just canvas it. It would have to be like 10, 15, 20k.

  6. How is he "easily" #1? Last time i checked there were some pretty good coaches in the NFL .

Who in the current nfl would even have an argument now that shanahan and dungy are no longer in the league? and he was head and shoulders above them as well.
