  1. For those so called "experts" who still think the Pats are still the class of the AFC east, I've got news for you. This IS the year we go to New England and manhandle the Cheats. (Provided Edwards plays and doesn't get injured). I've been watching ESPN and NFL Network and all they want to talk about is what a genius Belichick is because they're 5-2 with a QB that hadn't started a game since high school. So it's time to put the "WHO HAVE THEY BEATEN" on the media's beloved Patriots. I'm so sick of hearing how the bills haven't beaten anyone. Last week, NE BARELY beat the Rams (yea, those same Rams we beat by 17 points) 23-16. They got destroyed by an enigmatic Charger team, blown out by the gimmick-running Dolphins AT HOME! Beat up the poor 49ers. WHO HAVE THEY BEATEN? And this week they will get torn up by a Colts squad thats fuming after last Monday nights game in Tennessee. They can't stop the run and the only O they have is jump balls to Moss. The Bills will win handly 30-7. What ya'll think?
  2. I say go o-line. I never understood what anybody saw in Jason Peters even before this season. Trade him and move up and draft someone else.
  3. Perry Fewell has been given a lot of talent this season with the addition of such guys as Marcus Stroud and Kawika Mitchell. If this defense continues to struggle, especially on the road, and we end up missing the playoffs, I think Teddy Cottrell should be brought back in as defensive coordinator. San Diego had to find a mid-season scape goat, and it turned out to be him. Listen, the guy lost his best defensive player for the season and I thought the Charger defense played well until that London shootout game. If the Chargers had won the shootout, they wouldn't have fired him. Same thing is going on in Dallas. Is it Wade's fault the Cowboys lost Tony Romo for a few weeks? Now theres talk of him getting the ax? Memo to Jerry Jones...YOU HAVEN'T BEEN TO THE SUPERBOWL IN THIRTEEN YEARS! Change is not good! Its clear Brad Johnson's not the answer, but dont blame Wade for an injury.
  4. BLITZ HIM ALL DAY! He'll either throw a fast ball incomplete or a pick.
  5. I have to admit, when Buffalo started 4-0, I had high hopes and aspirations of the SuperBowl. Then came the Arizona game. What a reality check! The bottom line is Buffalo is in an eight year playoff drought and I think 5-2 is wonderful considering all the inexperience at key positions (i.e. QB, RB) All year Jauron has told the boys don't get too high after a win, or too down after a loss. But in order for this team to make the playoff they HAVE to learn to win on the road. This team has yet to put on a dominating perfomance home or away. I know we don't like to hear the critics like Mort and Peter King, but until they start showing some consistancy, the jury will be out on this squad all season. Here's how I see it playing out. Bills 26 Jets 19
  6. The Bills need to get their running game established if they are going to make the playoffs. Trent is going to be good, but people, including the coaching staff, need to remember that he hasn't even started ONE full year yet. And when did Jauron suddenly become so pass happy? It seemed like just about every play on Sunday was a Shotgun- formation pass. Give TE a little time do develop and if the coaches are so high on Fred and Marshawn, let them show what they can do and let them carry the load for most of the game Sunday vs. the Jets. Lets stop annoiting Trent as the next Favre or Brady, we were also high on Todd Collins and Rob Johnson...enough said!
