  1. Hey, I'm on the "they can run the table" bandwagon. This team is ready to make the turn.

I would LOVE that. But since we are Bills fans how bout two straight? I just want consistency. We play like we did against KC in Pitts we will get the W. They have to put teams away to "make the turn". Hopefully they have had enough moral victories and being also rans.

  2. With Manuel coming back, CJ seemingly healthy, our D improving, and a cushy schedule left, why not?

I feel like if this coaching staff is the real deal, they should be firing this team up to play to their potential and win out the season. They've been in every game except one. If they can go 5-6 before their bye, what's stopping them from being 9-6 going into Foxboro? Imagine that? It would be the most meaningful game this franchise has played in 10+ years. Between Kyle Williams, Fred Jackson, and Eric Wood this has to be floating around in the locker room.

In my opionion its up to Doug Marrone to prove he's not just a PR sound bite machine like every other loser coach who talks a big talk but can't motivate his players.

Am I being delusional, or who else has silently had this conversation with themselves?

How bout we focus on winning 1 game and then doing something we haven't done yet this season. Win 2 straight....lets give that a whirl first.

  3. How can Buffalo make the playoffs....

the last wild card is wide open with 10 teams in the AFC having 4-6 loses.

Step 1 for buffalo is to get to 2nd place....

How can they get to the point to control their fate.....

    1. They beat Jets and fins at home

    2. Jets and fins split their 2 games left to play

....they give them all 6 loses.....the first tiebreaker is combined head to head. Buffalo would have the edge.

    3. for the division if they can also have Miami beat NE in Miami in week 15 then Buffalo would have the edge in divisional record in tiebreakers.

    4. To get the division if they can win out and get to 9-6 and New England lose 3 of their next 6 games till the finale (one at miami must be one of them, then 2 of their other 5 games--DEN, @ BAL, @ CAR, @ HOU, CLE--in order of the most loseable to least loseable). then the final becomes a winner take all for the division title. If they were to beat Miami and lose another game then it will come down to common record and conference record. BUf looks like they will be noncommon 1-1 If New England lost to both HOU and DEN then they will have the edge there if division record was tied.

    5. With the wild Card----due to tiebreakers they have the edge on Baltimore, lose to Cleveland, Cincinnati, and KC. The best they can do in conference record would be 7-5 which will make tie breakers potentially tough with other teams. I think many of the other teams will end up 9-7 and 7-9 so getting to 10 wins could mean the wild card.

Tap your breaks fella. I hate to be the oh pisser in the cheerios but we have to demonstrate the ability to even win 2 games straight THIS season.do that and we can revisit scenarios. We all can admit they are heading the right way but in the W column we come up short. Here's to winning the division out right next year. This year sharpen up and learn how to put teams away.

  4. I know I am in the minority . I can absolutely see progress but I believe I am so jaded because of so many years of complete bullcrap I guess I have a short fuse and the current regime is on a super short leash to me. I will try to be optimistic because god knows being negative is a giant succubus. We should try stringing 2 wins together maybe 3 so I can see some consistency. Then I will put my flag back on the house.

  5. Of course only my opinion but when the losing mentality and culture has mired this organization for so long that the rookies and really young players look to the veteran leadership for how to deal with losses. Earlier in the year you heard EJ say he's not used to losing. Well Freddy and Stevie and Kyle Williams and Eric wood have been through so much losing that they seem numb to it. I don't know how to fix it but if you think for one second that after that pick six that those vets fans and myself included didn't know....not just think but know this game was over your crazy. Its that cancer of losing that fear of here we go again that us Long time Bills fans know is surrounding this team. That cancer has to somehow be completely eradicated because if its not it will infect the new players and coaches and they too will accept losing and will be stuck in this forever.

  6. My wife tells me I should find a new team to support because I am so negative about the Bills. Its like some sort of strange addiction to a drug that is killing me. I would love to soberly feel good about this team and its future but WTF they have screwed us so many times. Yeah they played decently but they still found a way to lose excruciatingly. Its been 13+ years of this and we all deserve better!

Couldn't of said it better myself.

  7. Well no ej or cj or any j is gonna make a difference. Season over and the rest of you are just as passionate as I am and we deserve better. I can feel myself starting to find things to do on Sunday besides the Bills. They bring me more anger and bad feelings than they do joy. I am sorry for all of us that endure this diarrhea every year 14 yrs and counting. Sorry guys we deserve better.
