Miami worse than Chicago--becuase it rains, and it's hot?? That's a joke.
Anyway, snowy game days are a relative rarity in Buffalo
And when was the last time it was really cold - the divisional playoff in 94?

It seems like the d has Dareus, an impaired Williams and a quartet of Leon Seals clones.

Thanks WF.
Wow. Were they recent articles? Here's his Wiki page… he did 26 reps at the combine which is pretty respectable. Also he got his degree and seems like a pretty solid citizen.

Maybin? Tonight?
Maybin, yes.
The articles I found on google were write ups after his release. He's probably a better candidate for reputation rehab than my ex.

No.
I was being sarcastic.
Sack and 2 FF. Don't know the context.

Former college pass rush phenom, Everette Brown is currently a free agent.
Brown was expected to be a first rounder in 2009 and when he was still available in the second round Carolina traded a 2010 first rounder to the San Francisco 49ers so they could draft Brown with the 43rd pick. San Francisco used that pick to draft Mike Iupati (17th overall) last year.
While Brown is undoubtedly considered a bust, he does have 6 career sacks and an interception and was considered a near-prototypical 3-4 OLB and a polished pass rusher.
Besides being available, I'm not sure what the back story is on Brown.
This seems like a no risk scenario. Reclamation projects are usually unsuccessful, but Brown had limited playing time in Carolina. I wonder if he had other issues, since unlike Maybin seems to have legit OLB size and put a few qbs down. He's young, and I'm guessing didn't feast on no-name schools in college like Maybin either. Why not give him a tuesday FA tryout?
What was his deal in Carolina?
Edit: saw several articles stating Brown did not have the strength necessary for the position despite his quick first step.

"It obviously doesn't have all the flashing lights of Miami, it doesn't sound as nice as Miami, but if you want to go out, you can go out. There's a downtown, there's a mall, there's good restaurants. There are no beaches."
You're so Hollywood.

If it was Josh Reed blocking, OJ would have gotten 3000.

I was at the game, what happened to the Raiders were some stupid penalties(Seymour throwing Brady to the ground well after the whistle had been blown, which took the Patriots out of a 3rd & 20) and costly turnovers.
The Raiders had over 500 yards of total offense, but they couldn't find the end zone.
Campbell?
-
<br />Lord knows we don't want or need any depth on our O line! Trade him for a 7th rounder.
Depth is fine. If Hairston turns out to progress better than Bell in spot duty and the Bills ride him - are they going to pay starting LT money to Bell at the end of the year for what amounts to 3.5 games of effective play?
-
Are you ready for some Anschluss?
-
What the hell happened to the Raiders yesterday? I expected them to pound the biscuit down the Pat's gullet. Looks like Campbell had the glue sniffing performance I expected him to have against the Bills. At least Moore is legit - you may now cut H-B.
-
Alright… this thread needs a positive spin so here it is.
While Demetrius Bell has played well and Jason Peters continues to be a lighting rod, this is the first NFL start of Chris Hairston's career.
In a tale of 3 left tackles, this Bills-Eagles game will be the ironic advent of the one who will make Bills fans forget the other two.
If Hairston does well, do the Bills re-up Bell and at what cost? Does Bell want blindslide money for his solid performances the first couple of games?

Hulu actually has some excellent NFL sanctioned Bills material.
-
He is one helluva decoy.
Reminds me of that Joe DeLamielleure of downfield blocking, Josh Reed.
I can't wait until the Bills regularly draft players who are effective in their primary position.
-
He was extraordinarily effective when the Ravens were running the ball down the Jets throat in the 3rd and 4th quarter.

Tim McKyer mach2

Donte has single-handedly changed the dynamic of the NFC West.

So Did anyone watch todays Baltimore game? Well I did. And guess what? Even though Lee only caught 2 balls and the Ravens lost he was still double, triple, and quadruple teamed on every play. probably the best 2 catch performance sine the merger. So don't blame Lee if Flacco, Boldin, Rice, and the tight ends don't carry their own weight.
Stevie is definitely hurting w/o Lee.

Promo's knees are worn out from fellating "little league coach" sal, so he's feeling a bit irritable.

Stevie is an interesting case. He doesn't have a lot of speed but he's crafty and scores. He reminds me of Marques Colston in terms of production and Colston is making 3M/per in what I'm guessing was his second contract (according to rotoworld). I love me some Stevie, but 8-9M/per for him seems ludicrous since he is likely to play out his contract due to his age.
