Good news is we have the first pick in the round!

Not bad, a guy to develop and rotate.
WR is a must in round 4.
Safety for me

Wow, I can't believe TeSlaa went that high. And they traded two threes to do it.
TeSlaas are out of fashion at the moment

I cannot express how much I hate this idea. Just another way to take fans' money (not mine, though) and ruin good rivalries.

Look at what they have done to baseball. I don't think so...

I just want to see the 90's threads again. I think we will get them for the final home game next year.
I want the 60s standing Buffalo! Never cared for the red helmets

At one point my wife said "awesome we stopped them". I said "you're confused. It was the Pats who stopped us". She went back to folding clothes.
I came back after a bathroom break and almost rooted for the wrong side.

All this team needs is a healthy ALL PRO Linebacker in the middle
This doom and gloom is exaggerated.
And two safeties at the professional level

Even when the starters are in there, the play is very reactive instead of proactive.
Remember Poyer and Hyde in their prime?..they then seemed to be all over the field..breaking up passes in support and the occasional INT. Current safeties don't seem to have those instincts.
Despite playing a high cover two shell, our current corners always appear to be on an island on deep passes. The safeties seem undersized on run protection.
I think Beane could see the writing on the wall and that's why Bishop was drafted so high...but although lots of raw talent, it's a steep learning curve.
If they run into a really good receiver tandem/trio in the playoffs (Remember Cupp and Nakua?) it could get very ugly.
Hyde should be ready soon. Let's hope

I judge young QBs by what they do well as opposed to the mistakes they make. Maye does some things you can’t teach. It’s up to the coaching staff to teach them how to make the right decisions. Maye made a ton of mistakes today, but he was a rookie playing in an extremely difficult environment against an elite team.
He’s got subpar talent at basically every single offensive position, and his coach is clearly developmentally disabled. I was impressed with him.
I was impressed with his escapability but I would need to see him against a better defense than Buffalo is running out there right now. His talent means that we need to rebuild our D in a hurry.

Did you look at the other D on the field tonight?
Missing a lot of players too

LB I agree. DL has some pieces with Oliver, Rousseau, Carter, and depending what you think of Epenesa. Changes, sure but not a remake
and Smoot. Love his game.

You are actually right. I didn’t notice this during the broadcast:Thanks. Much better view. Taron was lucky a Bill knocked it back to him.

That should have been a flag. The Lion hit Taron before the ball travelled 10 yards and got to him. I know it was bang, bang and that is hard for the officials to see, but definitely should have been a flag.
I watched it in stop time and yes, the guy hit Taron at 8 yards. Reply would have confirmed.

The Rams defense ACTUALLY GAVE UP MORE POINTS (42) THAN WE DID (37) and yet nobody talked about that at all! Disgusting.
The Rams D is trash and that's mostly why they are barely above .500

I get it, it was a big missed called but Dawkins was jumping early all game and likely should have been flagged as well.
I was going to say that

Just curious where you see the Bills matching up well with Detroit. Detroit has the advantage at O line vs our D line, at RB vs our LBs, at WR vs our Safeties. Not trying to call you out specifically but just trying to get a sense of why people think this might be a close game...at all.
Yes...but no.
Take away the punt block and we win that one.

What’s up with everyone thinking we lose to the Lions?
Ill take Allen over Goff any day of the week.
I do admit that the Lions OC is a savant and they have many weapons, but I won’t be shocked at all if McD limits them quite effectively.
Im more worried about the 49ers. They are desperate.
We are still playing the bottom of our depth on Defense.

I’m trying to figure out why this team imploded against the Texans and ravens, who now have worse records than us
Derrick Henry has been our Achilles for years. We don't have a solid middle to the run game (LBs too small)
6 hours ago, Kelly to Allen said:I don't think our run defense is a vulnerability. Aren't we like 4th in run defense dvoa?
Against the best interior oline in the NFL, if you subtract one 17 yard hunt run, ( when we were up 9 in the 4th)
The KC rbs avg 3.1 ypc.
They were down two players that game, though

Well Bills are about to start one, so that'll be 3 in the last 2 decades, more of an anomaly than anything.
Allen is the best QB since Brady, he has outplayed Kermit in damn near every head to head matchup, Babich is perfect play caller for the D, 2024 will start 3+ SBs for the Bills
Hey as much as I love Josh, he is not a consistently accurate passer. That will always put him behind Mahomes. He does have the super power of size and speed, though.

Really wanted this one today bc worst case scenario after the KC game is we're 8-3 - which is still REALLY f'n good!
We tend to beat them in regular season and it's at home

You have to have control when crossing the plane. He didn't. You don't have to like the rule but it was called correctly.
I'm pretty sure if the same thing happened with the Titans and they called it a TD, the same people here would be saying it shouldn't count.
Yeah didn't we have one recently where the opposing receiver caught the ball in the EZ but our DBs knocked it loose?

We’ve lost to the Jets with the likes of Sam Darnold and Zach Wilson at QB. I think they’ll be tough to beat with Rodgers and that defense.I predict that Rogers doesn't last that long. Old QBs go down.

How? Getting into cap trouble? Not having WR weapons? This FO hasn't proven anything yet outside of the luckiest QB pick in history. JA is the only QB who got more accurate after college and is saving their jobs.
You can say that about any QB that pans out. That Brady guy was no. 1 on everyone's board, right?

Maybe cuz we lost our WR 1 and 2 in the same off season
Neither were producing as needed. What falloff do you see with the current group plus a possible 4th-5th steal pick?

Lamonica sighting! Still wonder what it would have been like to have kept him.
BTW the Beatles played at the Jets' stadium just a few months prior to that game.
