I think it's going to be cool to see after this season ends to repost it and maybe run the same poll again before and after each season. Who knows maybe it will let someone know they're doing a shi**ty job... or other end of the spectrum who we want to praise for the good things.

To get a pulse on the fan approval ratings for front office personel as a whole. A lot has yet to be seen of course but this is to gauge who agrees and disagrees with how the team is being handled and who is popular/unpopular with the fans.
I really feel like this has to be done on the entire operation considering there are more people then just the 3 mentioned running the organization but they only gave a 3 question max on polling. If anyone wants to take it farther than this they can. It will be something to come back to at the end of the season or even in 2 years from now when we are either thanking or cursing them for what has become of our team.

From the first two games of preseason I would say Colton Schmidt is going to have a pro bowl type of year.

Anyone else on here cringing when they look at that LB & Secondary squads after White of course. All I can think about is that scene from Major League where the fans are reading the starting line up in the paper. Who the hell are these guys...

If Sammy landed with a consistent proven qb i wouldn't said he makes the probowl. IF he stays healthy i think he'll barley make a 1000 yd season with Goff throwing him the ball.

Check this guy out. Finishes strong has quite a mean streak in him. Granted most highlight reels are just the good, his measurables and this footage are enough to hope for the best and some depth at a very shallow spot.
5th in toughest schedules in the NFL we need all the help we can get. I am an armchair scout but this could be one of the undrafteds that sticks if he can play with the big boys.

Ole Miss workout with Chad Kelly. He's going to get drafted 6th round by who knows. I hope its not us just because we are trying to bring back the glory days with name recognition.
He's not risky if you can get him Undrafted or 6th to 7th. Worth burning a pick if its this late. He's a punk and yeah Buffalo probably will get him in trouble but maybe just maybe there's light.

As a where are they now moment, Schwartz took a consulting position with the NFL's officiating department to provide a coaches perspective on officiating decisions.On October 6th it was reported Schwartz declined the opportunity to replace Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Kevin Coyle. Is anyone else thinking he should be head coach of this team today? At 3-3 (barely) we are still alive but these players are truly uninspired and lacking discipline. We know we have talent on D but even Mario says the coaches aren't putting them in the position to do damage. Bring Back the Schwartz. Make him an offer he can't refuse.
I can't remember why he still isn't here but we sure could use that scheme back.

I'm worried that this kid is going to get lit up against Luck or anyone they expect him to cover 1-on-1 due to the Preseason games where he was continuously toasted. Outside of the preseason they must have seen enough in camp to say he can handle it. I did not attend so is there any others that did that can shed light on what type of player he is and can he handle that type of responsibility right away? I'm trying to trust the coaches on this one but i don't understand the move to make Darby CB2 when you have a veteran in Graham that has proven he can not only do the job but do it alone very well. It seems our depth at CB is our weakest spot on the D if Darby starts week 1.

It may have come to the point of no return on the nickname I'm just saying it pays tribute to Corporate America where as Buffalo has always been a blue collar city. Something like Lightning Rod Taylor. Sounds like a truck driver but hey that's a blue collar job.

My son who just turned 5 has the knowledge of a 20 year old about the Bills. I asked him what he thinks about the Bills and his response is "Dad, sometimes they win when their good and they lose when they stink". I think that's the epitome of the last 15 years. He's also a closet Broncos fan (my wife's team) and I asked him why the Broncos win all the time... his response "Because they have Peyton Manning".
Hopefully we can prove this year that you don't need Peyton to win a championship.

I don't know if anyone has posted on here about the 2002 Tampa Bay Bucs team that won superbowl 37 against the raiders. Their D had 5 picks and 2 went for touchdowns. The QB at the time was Brad Johnson , a servicable slightly above average QB. In that superbowl, the #1 ranked offense(OAK) went up against the #1 ranked Defense (TB)
Johnson's Stats in the SB: 18/31 2 TD 1 INT for 215 yards. He didn't win the game for them just managed it. That team also relied on a ground n pound game with Michael Pittman and Mike Allstott.

I want to end my career in a town that has had no championships, no playoffs in 15 years, sub par o-line, an atrocious winter season where playing in snow is almost a definite every year , just so i can reach my own goals and records... Even if we shelled out a ton of money i think he would rather retire if there were no other teams interested.

Having Hackett as OC was like having Jauron as Head Coach... whatever you did after that was going to be some kind of positive improvement no matter what. I have to believe that with some smart FA moves, a competition HC and OC, we should be able to garner more than 9 wins next year if we can hold this team together defensively. Even IF EJ is the guy at QB.

This could fuel an already competitive rivalry to be an all time hatred for another team equal to that of the Marino Dolphins era. We should crush the Jets everytime for the next 12 years or just for however long it takes for the Jets to fire Marrone would be good enough.

Can someone please tell me how they think this will be a good move this offseason for Buffalo? This guy is pure loser material. He has had two of the best receivers in the NFL for the past years with Chicago and still finds a way to lose. None of his teammates stick up for him, no one likes him in Chicago. He's going no where at 30 something. How does going to Buffalo make it at all a good thing for us? Please consider this a petition for NO to Cutler. Go out and get someone who isn't a washed up bum this offseason. Sign Cutler and be prepared for another 5 years of piss poor QB play. He turns the ball over at every clutch moment, he's been to the playoffs one time since 2006.

Here is another idea, Schwartz promoted to Head Coach, Rex Ryan Brought in for DC and someone with Pro level talent as OC. I would watch that combo. I think they gut it out with Marrone for another year though unfortunately and Hackett is on the street or back in college next year.

Sharpen your pitchforks! Someone has to be strung up and hanged for this abomination! I don't see why you landed on Brandon??? There is a big GLARING person to blame for the piss poor play calling and it is Nate Hackett. He calls 9 runs against one of the worst run D's in the league and has no adjustments or answers for the other teams game plan week after week. I am a true believer that even with Orton's performances week after week any "NFL capable" OC gets us into the playoffs this year.
In no way did he devise plays to get our playmakers he ball. While Green Bay put their dangerous wideout in shotgun and handed him the ball, are you telling me we couldn't do that with Watkins? Show Hackett the door not Brandon. This offense is painful to watch not soley because of the o-line (which marrone should know how to fix right? since he was an o-line player ???) but because of the Bush League Offense they ran.

This is my first time where I have zero expectations for the season all things considered... 5TH TOUGHEST SCHEDULE IN THE LEAGUE. New coaching new regime. Im not saying dont try but are the fans going to be mad if Peterman is starting by week 3 after two disappointing games . Better yet what if Tyrod throws a loss up to the Jets week one ... what has to happen for this kid to get a start? It would be nice to know what that line is in the sand.
