That's about the best possible way to start a game. Drive 82 yards, eat up 7 minutes of clock time, and get the 7. Put the pressure on the banged up Jags offense.

After that poor start for Trent, 1/6 for 7 yards, he played quite well. 18/24 for 208 yards and 1 TD = 114.5 QB rating. Even with that rough start he finished at a very respectable 95.83.
Anyone else think 4-1 is a distinct possibility? Jacksonville, Oakland, St. Louis and Arizona.
After that, we get two weeks to prepare for what will likely be one of the toughest games of the season against San Diego.

Could some of the younger posters help an old fart understand this Internet grammar trend I keep seeing more and more of? Is the deliberate mis-use of similar sounding words some kind of rebellion/attitude thingy? I feel so out of touch...
If you're going to be pretentious with regard to what appears to be a typo, bear in mind that the favor can be returned. For the record, it's considered poor writing style to end a sentence with a preposition, misuse is not hyphenated, and if you're going to end a sentence with an ellipsis, you need four points--three for the ellipsis and one for the period.
