You heard it here, folks. Losing gives us a better chance at making the playoffs!
-
25-0 in the second half.
And 45-10 in the 4th quarter this season.
-
He's a great ref, give him a break. Yeah, he blew some calls, they all do. He's the most recognizable and respected ref in the NFL.
Seriously. He's one of the BEST referees out there. OP comes off as pretty ignorant.

1975: 4-0 start, missed the playoffs. Every game counts. Let's Go Buffalo!
-
We need to come down and put this in the endzone right now.
While we don't NEED to, it'd be nice to see the game start to look like a game between one undefeated and one winless team.
-
Misleading title. Sheesh.
Yeah, no kidding. I *almost* said something about it yesterday, but decided to keep Mr. Grammar Nazi in check.

I looked here and didn't see it posted. Enjoy...

You've got to stop denying the inevitable. The Bills won't last in Buffalo and will soon move to greener pastures in Toronto. Buffalo as a city just can't compete. Let me give you a comparison.
Buffalo Has:
Poor slobs
Unemployment
Ugly Women (even by Willis' mediocre standards)
A dozen or so of Travis Henry's children
A few pregnant teens carrying Willis MacGahee's unborn children
Hamilton's pollution
The 50th biggest market in North America
Toronto Has:
Rich snobs
Jobs
More jobs
Beautiful Women (Ask A-Rod)
Michael Pinball Clemens' children
No garbage (we ship it all to America!)
The third largest market in North America
I think it's pretty clear why the experts are writing the Toronto Bills. They are realists who know how it should be. It can't happen soon enough! Better trade in your Bills cap for a Buffalo Bisons Jersey...at least then you'd have something to look forward to instead of the next food stamp.
Why hello there, Mr. Russakoff. Did our little email bombardment piss you off?

Post #8 now comes before post #5?
I didn't get that memo.
Sorry. I shouldn't have used "said post". I was referring to the post I was originally quoting. Not only was that same complaint already made earlier in the thread, but two valid links were given in place of the bad link. Just seemed to me like the person didn't read the thread any farther than post 5.

Damn you beat me to it!!!
Na na na boo boo!

Yea
I'm willing to bet money you don't realize that "yea" is pronounced "yay" and the word you're probably thinking about is "yeah".

Just curious, where did you get this information?

St. louis has far more talent and experience than the Raiders, and being a game on the road, could spell trouble.
Far more? Hardly.

It's week 3 and none of the Colts palyed in the pre-season, by the next few weekd they should be back.
Most starters play about 6 quarters all preseason, give or take a quarter. The Colts have played 12 regular season quarters.

The USA Today link earlier in the thread was from 2007.
And the Pro Football Talk linked before said post was from 9/23/08.
-
The article is from last year.
Pretty great length to go just to start a scam..
9/23/08 is from last year? Coulda fooled me.

He hasn't played in a Super Bowl in over a decade. And his record there is 1 & 1.
I'd take 1-1 over 0-4 any day of the week.
-
What play are you thinking of?
The one I'm talking about is the Raiders pass interference call that was reversed because the Bills DIDN'T SNAP THE DAMN BALL IN TIME.
We gave the Kiffin the time TO THROW HIS RED FLAG, WHICH WAS NOT IN OUR FAVOR.
WE HAD IT FIRST AND TEN IF WE HAD SNAPPED THE BALL. WE WAITED - HESITATED. THE PENALTY WAS OVERTURNED AND WE HAD IT THIRD AND SEVEN. IF THE BILLS DIDN'T CONVERT THAT THIRD AND SEVEN, WE WOULD HAVE TO PUNT.
Sorry for yelling, but this sticks in my craw. A truly sharp team (can you hear me, Mr April?) should be on this like white on rice.
Yeah, the penalty was overturned...BECAUSE IT WAS THE WRONG CALL. It's about time someone plays with integrity, and I'm glad to see the Bills made sure the Raiders had no excuses when they won the game.
-
To keep things balanced though.....in response to all of the "JP could never do that" type comments......weeks 11 & 12 in 2006 saw JP orchestrate 2 4th quarter wins.
You're equating 3 (in a tied game) and 7 point 4th quarter performances to 10 an 17 point (both come from behind) 4th quarter performances?
-
Stop talking playoffs.. we havent made it yet.. it is still early
Ill believe it when i see it. Until then, its one game at a time
If Whitner can talk playoffs before the season starts, why can't we, who have no power to change the outcome on the field, talk about playoffs with the Bills at 3-0?
-
A winning record is one above .500. Regardless of how they do in St. Louis, they will have a winning record in the first quarter.
-
Stupid! We are lucky that setback didn't cost us the game.
Are you kidding me? We're lucky that the fact the officials ended up getting it right didn't cost us?
ROFL---a new penalty this week?

Uh, what? He was fouled for roughing the passer.
