  1. This isn't unique to America. http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/c2cefd70-c7ea-11...0077b07658.html http://money.cnn.com/news/newsfeeds/articl...07_FORTUNE5.htm http://bdnews24.com/details.php?id=70971&cid=4
  2. Actually you're right, I just noticed that. I assumed it wasn't because there are threads that haven't had a response since early October that are still active. I find it suspicious however that the Rams lose back to back games where they allow 35 points before halftime and suddenly the thread is stuck in the archive yet it didn't have a new reply during the two weeks between their loss to the Bills and their win against Washington but it was still active to be bumped the second the Rams/Skins game was final. Do talented teams give up 35 points before halftime two weeks in a row?
  3. Strange, the thread isn't closed but I can't reply to it. Looks like someone made sure that the only way the thread could be bumped is if the Rams won!
  4. Jason peters is also off the depth chart!
  5. No, I mean that's why he's off the depth chart/roster for now.
  6. Maybe Fred Jackson tested positive for something and is facing a suspension?
  7. And when the Rams lose to Dallas next week I'm sure you'll be bumping this thread again, right? In 2004 the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots only lost two games, one of which was to the Miami Dolphins. Using your logic that 4-12 Miami team had tons of talent, right? Not really, their quarterback was AJ Feeley and Travis Minor and Sammy Morris split carries. What does todays Rams/Redskins game mean? Absolutely nothing. May I remind you that you have over 27 THOUSAND posts, and 6 THOUSAND more posts than anyone else on this board. Do you really want to compare me responding to your post within 20 minutes with the ridiculous amount of your life you've wasted on this message board?
  8. Maybe they have another trade worked out for LJ? Maybe it's a 3-way deal where we get Gonzo, KC gets Freddy, and team x gets y?
  9. Dredging up a 2 week old thread about a discussion no one cares about anymore does little to dispute my assertion that you are addicted to the internet.
  10. Sure they do, let's be honest it's mostly just second tier players that hit the FA market nowadays. Look at Bernard Berrian (42 million), Calvin Pace (42 million), Justin Smith (45 million), Madieu Williams (33 million), and Gibril Wilson (39 million). Decent players but they clearly aren't "first tier" players. Imagine what Haynesworth would get offered if he ever hits the FA market?
  11. If Jacob Bell is so good why would the Titans let him walk after his rookie contract expired while they have 40 million dollars of cap space? He is the textbook definition of "second tier free agent".
  12. Go back and read my posts please, all I did was comment on the Rams talent and you responded with "STFU"! Congratulations for dragging this thread into the gutter!
  13. Haha, thanks. I actually learned that in the first week I came here!
  14. I'm surprised he didn't make any jokes about snow.
  15. I'm embarrassed? Not exactly. I think you're projecting your warped view of the importance of internet message board banter onto me. It may be central to your entire existence but fortunately it isn't to mine. 99.9% of people who come here want to casually chat about football and not pounce on other people and insult them when someone says something they disagree with.
  16. Not exactly, more like an internet forum addiction. Step away from the keyboard and don't walk- RUN to the closest therapist!
  17. What's your problem? Seriously...........
  18. Who are you calling a troll? I'm not the nerd who is holed up in some dark basement in Alaska picking fights with people over of all things the talent of the St Louis Rams!
  19. Wow, you are such a crybaby. Didn't I say that Linehan was a below average coach?
  20. Wow, look at all that talent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  21. What does that prove? I'd only consider four of those players "talented". I could do the same thing for KC or Cinci, doesn't mean they're not 2 of the suckiest teams in the league. KC has LJ, Gonzo, Brian Waters, Dwayne Bowe, Tamba Hali, Patrick Surtain, Glenn Dorsey, Brandon Albert, Donnie Edwards, and Derrick Johnson but guess what-KC is still absolutely terrible!
  22. The Rams have below average talent and a below average coach. I don't know why you keep insisting that they are this really talented team that just won't play for their coach.
