  1. I'm sick and tired of watchin Marshawn Lynch play like a dog each and every week. He's out of shape aka slow, and doesn't break any of the tackles he used to. Yes, I know our offensive line is pretty damn bad (horrible), but we are clearly better with Freddy on the field than with Marshawn. Today he coughed up the football when we were actually on the move and also dropped an easy pass right on him.

He sucks and should no longer be a starter. I'd rather see Freddy touch it 15-25 times and have Lynch see 3-5 carries, that's what he deserves. If we are serious about blowing this thing up in the offseason look for Lynch to be traded for a low draft pick (can't imagine getting more than a 5th rounder for him at this point). I can think of 20 RB's easily who are much better than Lynch and Freddy J is one of them.

I do feel like Lynch is slower but I think he still can break a tackle.

But....I think his vision is just awful!! The guy misses holes constantly.

  2. middle linebackers usually always will lead the team in tackles because they are in a position on the field where most plays come their way. Poz took terrible angles at the running back all day and he absolutely was exposed. I know your not arguing poz is better than Willis but Willis isn't playing behind a front four much better than poz and the linebackers around willis aren't anything to brag about either and he makes big time plays every week. And no schobel doesn't get a free pass if you were here in the offseason you should have seen all the grief people were giving schobel but he has actually been a pleasant surprise this year.

Agreed. For those of you supporting Poz. Watch him. Don't watch the offense we play against. Watch Poz every play. He looks lost and slow.

  3. When the game was tied in the fourth quarter - Titans third and goal from the two yard line - Johnson runs into the line and Poz (and Scott) fails to wrap him up. Johnson scores and the game falls apart from there. Apart from the lack of speed, your middle linebacker has to wrap up a guy at the two yard line on third and two in a tie game.

Scott had that play. Poz literally knocked Scott off of Chris Johnson and sprung Johnson for the touchdown.

  4. The Sabres have two Buffalonians in the lineup, are in first place, have the best ratings by far in the NHL, are committed to Buffalo for the long term, appear on national prime-time television multiple times (yes, the Vs. Network is national), have players who are well spoken, clean cut and respectful towards the fans, and the game is not tainted by gang-banging thugs who perform chest-pounding primate celebrations after assisting on a sack or catching a 6 yard pass.

The game is fast, the game is violent, the game has fighting, the game has skill, the game has class. It's an awesome sport, and the Sabres are a marquee franchise.

Hockey > Football. Sabres > Bills

    Whatever you say animal

  5. Sorry , but I never really got the "good thing the Sabres are winning" thing. Hockey isn't football, not even close. The rest of the country yawns when hockey is mentioned on sports radio, ESPN, etc. It hardly matters, and the sport just doesn't compare to football. It's really no consolation for the performance of our NFL team at all.

I'm one the few with ya Boat

  6. In Fitzpatricks defense, the offensive line rarely gave him an opportunity to succeed. The way the line blocked today, as they have all year (poorly), Edwards most likely wouldn't of done much better.

There aren't too many qb's in this league that could be successful with the passblocking we have had this year.

Fitzpatrick was terrified to stay in the pocket and take a hit! Any sign of pressure he freaked ****. The guy is a spaz...I am not an Edwards supporter.

  7. I think Cleveland will be tough this week. They put up a fight against Cinncy. I can't help it but I am even checking Yahoo rumors to see if he gives him the boot, I know I shouldn't but I do it anyway.

I don't agree with BFLO rumblings that getting rid of him NOW is a bad idea. Attitudes have to change even if it is a shorter term thing, look what happened in SF. Attitude means alot.

That's one of the few things that keeps me coming.

  8. Hey i know were all frustrated and angry with our Bills but Ill still be there on sunday....whos with me????

    Section 120 Row 38 Seat 9

I can't B word about our whole organization, then vote against Jauron's approval rating hoping it gets to a 0%, then show up to a game.

  9. As a season ticket holder i love the atmosphere of game day to much to not attend. Im all for a protest and holding up signs to fire DJ. Hell i wear a paper bag if we continue to lose But no way will i not attend a game. As angry as i am i still love my Bills

But for one game wouldn't it be worth it to change something? What if it did change and then we could have a real stadium atmosphere.

I think this would be a great idea.

  10. Newsflash: He is not going to play anymore this season unless McNabb gets hurt again becuase its more than likely McNabb comes back after their bye this week.

Kolb was awful in every game except his last where he faced a terrible defense...so one good outing and we should trade for him? RJ is that you?

Did you read what I wrote? Where did I say we SHOULD trade for him? I said this is a move I could see the BILLS make, which is why I also said see if he plays anymore.

Newsflash: McNabb has a history of injuries so it's not absurd to think Kolb could see more snaps down the line. And 728 yds, 4 TD's, 3 INT's in 2 games isn't terrible. And once again for all of those who couldn't comprehend I am not lobbying for Kolb, just saying it's a possibility.

  11. just cause i have only been registered a month does not mean i've only been on this site for that long.

and i wasn't trying to take any personal shots at you man im just saying. there's a brady quinn one right now too. a week ago i think i saw a derek anderson one. a week ago i deffinately saw one that had the list of every potential replacement QB for next year. that list was about 20 people long.

Ha ya I understand where your coming from. I just wanted to make it clear that I'm not campaigning for Kolb. I just think this would be a classic Bills move, for better or worse.

  12. I seem to recall another backup QB who had one good game. The Bills traded a #1 and a #4 for him. How did that work out?

    PTR

Which is why I didn't suggest they make a move now. See how much and how well he plays for the rest of the season and then weigh your options.

  13. why is it that any time someones backup plays good theres always a thread about how we should make a run for them?

You've been here for a month and you're saying there is "always a thread". And where do I say we should make a run for them? What I did say was this is the type of team that could make a move for him.

  14. Kevin Kolb has been playing well but is signed until 2010. I could see a team making a play for him in the offseason. Especially Buffalo.

    Why it could happen:

    - Most here believe that Edwards is not the answer.

    - We have a history of making trades with the eagles.

    - Ralph is not going to want to spend first-round money on a QB next year.

  15. First three rounds:

    Jamarcus Russell

    Brady Quinn

    Kevin Kolb

    John Beck

    Drew Stanton

    Trent Edwards

Russell has been awful. Quinn has been pretty bad. Kolb is doing pretty good. John Beck has already been cut by the team that drafted him (Miami). Drew Stanton couldn't get snaps on a terrible Detroit team. And we all know Trent Edwards.

Thought I would try to lighten the mood with this. Trent isn't the only one that sucks out of this group.

  16. Seems like a smart move. Is there too much of a difference between kick returns and punt returns?

You have 5 or 6 lineman covering punts and 10 guys that can make a tackle on kickoff. I'm not positive but IMO returning a punt would be easier if you can get a little space.

Is Roscoe doing Punts and Kickoffs??
