a very winable game for UB I don't think Uconn can stop UBs offense.

a cloud has left. [ but its snowing out ] maybe a sign

Wait. Read that last sentence again.
Wow.
Two years ago the UB Bulls told West Virginia that the price to come to their stadium was $600k. This was 3x what a football factory would normally pay a small school to come and be their doormat. Why so high? Demand baby! UB was the most requested doormat, so they could charge a king's ransom.
Now look at them. You want the Bulls in your stadium now? Huh?!? They just knocked off the #12 team in the country!
Wow!
great point

clearly ball state was looking past ub. they were trowing partys as if ub didn't even belong on the field with them. ball state didn't pay attention, coughing up 5 turnovers.namen rosevelt treated the deffense like a [ insert any politicaly incorrect punch line here ] GO UB just busting on ya lv.

ub gave the number 12th ranked team in the country a behind the shed @ss kicking. lmao

What can I say? The season isn't joyous for everyone. At a time when people get together, it can remind you of those who aren't with you anymore. My grandfather (96, but expected) and my dog (my best friend and even with his age, it was a total shock) passed away about a week apart this summer and I'm still getting weepy when I think about it too much or see something that reminds me of him. Still have noseprints all over the basement door glass that I just can't bring myself to wipe away. I will miss our Christmas morning walk (we live in the sticks and usually just let him out the door and clapped him back and, boy, he'd come running). Just having a hard time adjusting, but it's one foot in front of the other. Pretending that the holidays are only happy is fake. Sometimes it's about lost happiness and where you need to remember the good times. In this vein:
i am sorry to hear of your loss. i remember the first christmas without my father,it was very tough to get through.i wish you the best this holiday season.
Otherwise, there's the old classics everyone goes back to --- Crosby, et al. Also, I really lament now that I lost/threw out(?) the 'language lab' cassette tape recordings we'd have to do for French class back in high school. For the session nearest the Christmas break, the teacher would sing some traditional French carols (Belle Nuit, Sainte Nuit; Minuit Chretians; etc.) that we'd have to listen to. She certainly was a tough grader but she had a great voice.
Seconded for both. That Mariah Carey "All I Want For Christmas Is You" one gets old pretty quick too, and you hear it ~ 5 times a day (try telling me payola isn't alive and well). Commercial radio gets pretty aggravating after about a week. And now, they have to start playing it the day after Thanksgiving b/c the same people who own the stations owns the stores. I'm listening to those stations selectively and in small doses.

what are your favorite christmas songs and by what artist. and whats the worst christmas song you have ever had to put up with ? my favorite is white christmas by bing crosby.a case can be made for chestnuts roasting on an open fire by nat king cole. the worst has to go to that song about a kid trying to buy shoes for his dying mother. i thought christmas was suposed to be joyous not depressing.

its going to be a tall order for UB especialy with the deffense playing weak.if UB pulled off the upset i would to see this town go nuts over the bulls. good luck blue.
-
good pics. thanks for posting.i'm sure you were wishing for snow instead of rain.
-
great picture. i hope more people post christmas pics.

i like the zone blitz or the 46.imo a deffense needs to be aggresive and dictate to the offense. cover 2 is a girly deffense.i think we have players suited for a 4 three zone blitz style.we could use a 350 lb. plus run plugger to line up next to stroud and use williams on passing downs.

ralph would never pay the money that would be needed to sign most of the coaches on that list. i wouldn't mind getting steve mariucci.cower would also want total control.

Yeah, the wings there aren't all that great and the service is non-existant. But the pizza and ESPECIALLY the calzones are awesome there! Oh, and so are the french fries.
You were also literally about 5-6 blocks away from where my parents live (and where I grew up).
i moved in the area 2 years ago. i'm not a fan of buzzies.i like papa leos or joeys on buffalo ave.i love the subs at jacos
