Ralph is running the show and it shows!! What exactly is Russ Brandon role in the football operations? Absolutely Nothing, he can't sell the X's and O's!! He is sold the T.O. and there are no other tricks up his sleeve. My solution..... The Bills need to seriously fire Dick Jauron and replace with an interim HC, Bobby April to finish out the year. At the same time hire a Director of Football Operations to oversee player evaluation and coaching staff. If you can hire a Marty Schottenhemer, Mike Shannahan or Hike Holmgren to oversee the game and then let Russ Brandon sell it. The Bills have three late season home games and trip to Toronto to take on the Jets. I'm projecting a 1-7 midseason bye week break starting on November 2 and could be the right time to blow it UP!!!
