Notice price increase of Jerseys?

Recommended Posts

Jerseys are up to $80 on Buffalo Bills site now.

When teams are talking about economizing and cutting costs you know they are NOT talking about our costs.

Of course they will justify it for savings from cost of jersey and 50th Anniversary patch ($15) combined.

You can even order an extra Buffalo Bills Toronto Patch, sewing included!

Best deal is probably Kawika Mitchell #59 jersey - yeah he is changing it but you can say you were on bandwagon for him first year! Forget the little lie about it being originally $80 - it was never selling at $80 - but it is the thought that counts.

Jerseys are price fixed by Reebok/NFL until a certain date, it was the beginning of October or so last season. Anywhere you go right now a current player jersey will be $80. Last season I got a jersey for my girlfriend for her birthday and I waited until that date, right after there were a bunch of 20-25% off coupons at various stores.

They control a good deal of what their stores carry but NFL restricts which vendor they use based on licensing deals.

Interesting item I saw on NFL site

Hunter Buffalo Bills Custom Pet Jersey ($39.99)

Customizable with dog name which normally costs a lot with people jerseys.
