Assures America that regardless of how the campaigns respond to the information, OH will ensure every legally cast vote is counted prior to certifying the election. 5:00pm EST Kerry campaign announces Kerry will address the nation at 9:00pm EST. 9:00pm EST Kerry concedes election. 10:00pm EST Bush makes victory speech Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
OnTheRocks Posted November 3, 2004 Share Posted November 3, 2004 as a BIG Bush supporter....i disagree. sort of. i think that Kerry had untold hundreds of thousands....perhaps millions working on his election. he owes it to those that made sacrafices to wait until the bitter end. I think GWB was classy to not make an acceptance speech last night. And he should continue to wait. There will be plenty of time for him and his supporters to celebrate.
