Accourding to the Toledo Blade this clown was aressted after he filled out and signed at least 124 registration forms. But hey, he wasn't doing this for money...he was doing it for CRACK. And who may you ask was paying him off with the rock???? a 41 year old woman who works for the NAACP Voter Fund out of Toledo. Who do you think they were targeting for registration? Perhaps the best part is some of the names that he used in the registration forms. Such as: Mary Poppins, Jeffrey Dahmer, Janet Jackson, George Foreman, Brett Favre, Michael Jordan, and Dick Tracy.
