maybe so in terms of clutch kicks and so on, but statistically lindell is tops.

good unit all around. imo with mccorner in there we will have the fresh legs to vie for #1 in both punt and kick returns.

To clarify Lindell's "record":

1. Lindell set a team record with 18 consecutive made field goals 10/21 – 12/9

2. Lindell holds Bills record with 84.17 career FG percentage (117-139)

3. Lindell has never missed an extra point attempt in his career making 248 of 248 attempts; Only player in NFL history to start career with a streak that long breaking a record set from 1959-65 (Tommy Davis, 234)

4. Lindell ranks 2nd to Steve Christie with 152 consecutive extra points (Steve Christie (172)

5. Lindell is 3rd best in the NFL since 2005 with 76.5 % of FG attempts beyond 40 yards

6. Lindell has seen action in every game over the past 5 seasons – one of 3 current Bills to accomplish that feat (Moorman and Schobel)

7. Lindell passed O.J. Simpson in the Dallas game in scoring and is now 5th on Bills' all-time scoring list (and 70th place in the NFL) with 773 points

I forget when - his 1st, 2nd year with BUF, he was on the hot seat over his kick-offs.

Kickers are tough to predict...sometime you cut 'em and they shine elsewhere, sometime you're patient and and it pays off.
