plenzmd1 Posted May 14, 2008 Share Posted May 14, 2008 Friday went to la Tosca for dinner then walked around Georgetown and stopped at Chadwicks for a few....ended the night at Four Quarts....Saturday was the wedding Sunday, since it was raining we decided to check out the Spy Museum we have seen most of the main museums and other big tourist attractions...I love DC...I could go there once a month... tater, what be this 4 quarts you speak of? I used to hang just a bit in an Irish place on Connecticut Ave called the the "4 Provinces,or P's for short'? Is that where you where? If so, how was it. I have read where a new owner came in bout 3 years ago, and i have not been in since, so was just wonering?
