How Much Do Teams Value Character Now?

I think with Pacman and Henry getting serious penalties for character issues that the major character issue guys are going to fall a lot if a team is smart. However, I think there are teams out there who will draft them based on their talent and ignore their issues. So for the more serious infractions I'd say I don't think much at all because some stupid team will see more reward than risk. Hopefully when Goodell suspends more players it may become taken more seriously. I'm also voting very little for pot because it's just so prevalent. How many people here haven't smoked a doobie at one time in their lives. I'm willing to bet that the college population that smokes pot waaay outweighs the population that doesn't.
