Show him the money ralph he deserves it. Like I said in an earlier post Keith Ellison is going to be a starter for a very long time. In the event we lost fletch I wouldn't mind moving crowell to mike and spikes/ellison at the olb's. As a previous poster stated Kyle williams had a pretty good game himself.
