TD was rumored to be secretive, manipulative, micromanaging, and intimidating. Marv is thought to be more open, honest, and collaborative. As I've said before, hopefully this is addition by subtraction - the effect on morale and performance of removing someone like Donahoe from the organization should not be underestimated.
