But, now that we know who the coach is going to be, it is very strange to me that they haven't officially named a GM yet. Isn't the GM supposed to decide on who his coach is? Sounds like they have it backwards a little bit. Don't get me wrong, they obviously know who the GM is (Marv), but what doesn't make sense why this announcment hasn't been made already.
